Blackbars or Fullscreen

Happy new years everyone i just had one quick question Are there any advantages to using blackbars or fullscreen over the other I have been using fullscreen and switched to blackbars and it seems smoother to me
It is a little harder to aim though in my opinion

Black bars centers the whole gameplay in the middle of the screen. So you wouldn't have to turn your head at a slight degree just to look at the radar. Black bars does save you a few fps, which explains why it may be smoother for you. It's better flicking with black bars than full screen in my opinion.
It may be a little harder to aim but that's because you just recently switched over to it. It takes a little time adjusting.
Overall, it's just preference. Some prefer full screen. Some prefer bar bars.

From what I have simply read from the interwebz:

Blackbars give you a 1 to 1 mouse ratio because the resolution is not stretched to adjust to your screen.

Fullscreen gives you slightly more field of view.

If you're looking to maximize FPS then I'd probably choose Blackbars, which is what lolftw has mentioned above.

There are probably a few other discrepancies, but I think these are the main ones.
