Clan Names issue

I wanted to make a new clan some months before and I was pretty sure I would find a name easily since inactive clans get disbanded and names are freed according to the game rules.
Altough I found some names and these names weren't used by any clan, I was getting that message:





I found a name eventually and I opened the clan. After some days I was bored and I was checking out the clan fuctions and opened the "clan name change" tab.
Surprisingly, I typed the same clan names I wanted to use and now I was getting that message:





The fact is that if you want to change your clan's name, you have to buy Clan name change ticket which costs ZP
Why we are not able to use any free name from the beggining? Is it a bug or it is intended just for more profit?

It's probably a bug... If you send a support ticket explaining the situation and provide your screenshots they may refund you the price of the name change

I didn't buy a name change, I was just checking the clan fuctions due to boredom and I found it. I hope too it is a bug. If it's not... well we all know how greedy SG is.

Bump. This is still an issue.
I posted this thread while SG staff was on vacation so it was probably ignored. Hope we get a fix for this eventually.
