EP Shop problems?

Is any one else having problems buying crates from the EP shop?
Every time I try to buy a crate, it says successful, item delivered to storage, but nothing gets delivered, and my EP does not even decrease.

Can you please submit a ticket about this with details of which items aren't working?

I only tried the two, the M14EBR and the Cyber Style.
That's the only two that i know of.
Is this really worth creating a ticket over lol, I'll just say the same thing I said here :P

If I were you I'd first try to remove all cookies and/or try a different browser.

I already tried using my phone, firefox and chrome.
It's pretty safe to assume the issue isn't on my end.
Are you able to successfully buy crates? if you are then I'll make a ticket since the issue would be from my account.

Me and many other were never able to use the EP shop on our mobiles due to the buttons simply not working.
However I've never experienced any problems using the shop on my pc, and I've never heard about anyone having the problem you are having. Soo I wouldn't really know. It might have something to do with your account, so its up to z8 to look into that.

I like this method, everyone talks about their problems with the EP Shop, rather than individually spamming the tickets system. I dunno this feels more efficient lol.

Everything is working fine now, bought 248 m4 patriot crates never saw the gun ONCE, what are the odds? in total i bet i have span 1000 crates for this gun never seen it!!

There's a chance they could have decreased the winning rates, because of this abused Event. That's just my theory, but, it's all very well possible.

Nah my friend literally just won two ultimate gold AWMs with like 150 crates lol.
