Recover Account

My account has been stolen by someone hacked my PC.
I have all account info and when I send support ticket they said '' This account has reached its limits for recover''

Although I have recovered it 2 times before since 2013. And I have all info. Why they don't bring my account which I spent alot of money on it? and have all info.

When I have all account info and can't bring it back then support team became unhelpful at all.
I remember recover account was unlimited but every 90 day. what happen?

Recover accounts MUST be unlimited!!!!!!

The limit on recovering accounts was introduced to teach those a lesson who never learn. I'm sorry, but you can no longer recover your account.

All other online games make recover account unlimited to be sure that your money in safe.

In 2013 my account has been stolen by Malicious programs.

2014 stolen by hacked PC.

Now I have info = they MUST bring back account as the other games recover account unlimited to be sure that your money in safe.
