Don't Z8 have a refund policy? Pretty sure I've asked them in the past and they said they could issue out a refund if the date of purchase was within 28 days (confirmation needed)

You can only refund now once(?) and it has to be within 48 hours after you bought the zp..

Ah yeah, I've just found my ticket.

"Z8Games Item Purchase and Refund Policy allows for the refund of one item you purchased directly with ZP or per coupon exchange only once per account only if the purchaser contacts Z8Games within 48 hours of the original purchase of the item and the item has a duration of at least 30 days."

I highly expect you bought the Shovel more than 48 hours ago, sorry bro, not much can be done.

Bro the shovel is lighter. Has faster drawspeed (both slash and stab). Got "Quick hands" (increased speed when changing weapon) + the the awesome melee swap ability and a nice exp/gp boost. Ik the follow-up attack feels a bit laggy but you can alwasy turn it off. I think we got the same specs as the other versions, why so unsatisfied?

You could request from support to remove it and refund you the ZP since you didn't like it from the beginning...

Well , it's your own fault , you can tell them that you really aren't enjoying this VIP and they can see the other players aswell, in case most of the people dislike it , they can do something similar to what they did since the axe VIP came out.


But it's TOTALLY your fault , i can assume that you will enjoy it in the near future if they fix some bugs!
