End of story ..
so i just got an infraction from MOD and got 3 replys from center which contain this message
"We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to fully enjoy their time during gameplay. "
so i hope you guys continue have fun and enjoy your time during gameplay !! lol ofc i'm the reason to make you guys sad and not enjoy ...
so keep paying money to this wonderful game
and for me i'm gonna Quit
and thank you for who will close my this thread too !

i asked for proof ,,i was playing in cybers these days not only my home .. may be some one stolen my acc but copy past from center -

according to web site i think its update after 24 hour ,, my HSR didnt remove yet and my profile still exist

Pretty sure you live in Egypt never open a game in Internet Cafe. Sorry to hear what happened to you, least they could do is tell you the program that was issued as "hack". Funny how you still got the honorable ribbon, and funny how that investigation was hella fast but reporting hackers from ranked takes 6+ months makes sense smh. Keep on trying and good luck.

he just got banned so he still has his HSR... it updates 23:59 est time, remember? -

If my father took 6 months to pay bills for his company, his business would be long gone. But here they dont seem to care as long as we have people who waste money. -
Back in the day when you got banned they would actually tell you what program caused it, now you get a perm ban with a 10 min "investigation" least they could do is tell the poor guy what kind of "investigation" they did, lead him step by step to what program caused the ban. Why have an "investigation" if you're not going to tell him how you came to that conclusion.. smh

They have a logbook where it saved when you're banned and the reason. -
That's it, bro. Logging into your account at an internet cafe is totally unsafe, especially in Egypt. Many public internet cafes in Egypt download sorts of hacking software so they act as if they are well serving their customers and providing 'em wonderful service.
You should have known better and never logged into your account from any device that you don't trust very well.
Anyway, my advice to you is to keep sending them tickets explaining them your situation and telling them that you weren't aware that something was running at the background. Tell them to track your activity at that specific time you were caught at and make sure that you have't made any illegal activity in game. It was something at the background and it never helped you in anyway in the game.
Just keep sending and begging
. Tell them that you were never reported for hacking which confirms what you're stating.

I am not sure if you are referring to a forum infraction or to a game ban.
If it is a game ban, then support center is the place to deal with it. If you already received an answer from the support center, then creating a thread here will not change anything.
And yes support center staff do not provide "proof" to users, mostly because providing a hack tool name will give the information that it is being detected, therefore it will be helping hack tool creators avoid detection.
No one gets banned for no reason, and I personally have seen screenshots from several of the players claiming that they never hacked with the SS is showing their PC with a hack tool open on it (this is an example)
and keep in mind that can happen to anyone of us....i'm glad that i don't use to play so much from net...actually after all those i wont play CF from a net ever again....
