i just look control panel dident even know that i instal that brazilian program lol

We have tested with Teamspeak3 and we did not encounter any issues, therefore the problem is from a different program on your PC

i just deinstal every program expect MS Office,Adobe CS5,TS3,Chrome and now donwload again cf it is over in 1min i will give u feadbeck in 10min
