If we dont get tracker we are unhappy if we get it we are still unhappy ..humans op

Just count to 15 u can see how many games u played when u presss ESC. When staff notice that something is wrong they will fix it

The "5" is typo for sure, just do 15 to be sure. I saw people stop at 5 games, then they will come here and cry cause they missed the event

As i think Kanadian once said, even if the tracker is displayed incorrectly, the amount of games you completed are stored on the database. If the tracker shows to play 5 games, but the official event thread says you have to complete 15 games, then ignore the tracker and complete the 15 games and track them manually. In your head, pen&paper or even a little notepad document.
You shouldn't have to constantly reply on the tracker for every event really.

This too. I'm sure the screenshots will have a date on them which the Z8 support staff can be able to link to the event date to help prove you completed these games. Thank you for adding this.

Ha, what an excuse not to make the tracker better.

90% of the events the tracker fails. It's the TRACKER, its purpose is for us not to write our progress down. It showed that I had done everything (and I really did) on the tracker, couple of days before the event it messed up and said I didn't do majority of the tasks. If the tracker is going to fail 90% of the time and we have to write down out progress, then don't waste your time with the trackers.

Yeah this is so annoying, a few weeks ago there was sniper week, i did the mission that they told us to do to get the ribbon and the 3rd day the event tracker got bugged, i spent 4 hours to play a sniper match map that i don't like, and the event tracker didn't count the game that i've played, everytime that i try to do some event there're always some annoying issue...i sent a ticket but nobody answered me - -"

In future, please submit a ticket so we can promptly fix issues like this. That being said the tracker has now been updated. It should be 15 for this mission.

about Winter Wonderland event and tracker page fail

in the 2nd day i was playing till i checked the tracker page and it said that You have completed all 15 games on Antarctic Base (Suppression Mode) so i closed the game and went to work then after playing the 15 TD games today when i checked the page it shows that You have completed 14 of 15 Antarctic Base Suppression game(s) !!!!!!!!

i was sure about playing this 15 suppression games even i posted that already


so what i have done wrong to miss the 20 crates !!!!!!
because i trust the tracker page !!!!!!!!
i didn't think i will be one of the tracker fails victim
i submitted a Ticket about that and today i got the answer

Sometimes when you check the event tracker it might not display the correct result or it can display an error. This is a temporary error and if you tried later it should output the correct results. Moreover, regardless of the event tracker output, your progress in the game is automatically saved into the database. This means that if you successfully completed the requested tasks, then your progress is saved in the database and you will receive any reward that you qualified for.
