I've used all my cards to enhance 1 am I able to get new cards by playing or?
How to enhance to lvl 10 is it possible without ZP?
You can earn 1 random class card per Wave or Super Soldier game, if you play long enough (i.e 10 min or more) and if you get lucky too. If you think it's too long that way, then best option is buying cards from Item-Shop (in-game), if you have lots of GP to spend.
Enhancing cards past 6+ is quite difficult, and past 8+ is very hard. There's a chance you can demote your class card if you fail to succeed in enhancing it further up, so to prevent this, it's really wise, you buy Stabilisers that cost ZP in the Item-Shop, to protect yourself from any demotions during enhancing, plus they also improve success rate by slightly.
Gold cards increase odds for enhancement success as well. By personal experience, i'd save up all of the Gold class cards to use them for existing class cards with 7+ or more level, adding Stabilisers to increase while enhancing cards with Gold cards will maximise the success odds by a good amount. Sadly yes. I can't quite remember how many cards I used to max out my first class card. I think it was around 8-12 GOLD cards with Stabilisers (for max luck rates). It's like a lottery, you can achieve it with just 1 or dozens of cards. GL. -
Yes by playing you can get more cards.
My tip, if you are new to this start with Super Soldier TD mode, they will farm you without cards in Wave mode.
The lvl is is the same, by leveling up on SS TD you leveling up at Wave at the same time. Level 30 is the max.
You can get a lot of cards by playing.

The Joker card, you can buy it from item shop for 1500 GP and you can buy it multiple times.You can find it in Item Shop under the Item >Mode Only > Wave Mode.
I recommend it before you start playing anything
After +6 i highly recommend Class Stabilizers. You can find them in Item Shop under the Item >Mode Only > Wave Mode....they cost 300ZP each one.
But you can also risk it, you choose xD
One friend went up to +9 without any stabilizer, i tried, i went up to +7 and i said ok enough for me.....now only with stabilizers but no....i was curious you know...i tried and failed and went +6, i said ok one more....+5 and i was like ok you can cry now xD

Took me a ton of Joker Cards and 5 Class Stabilizers which I got from an Event to get my Joker card to +10, but I'd wager I just lucked out.
But you can always play it safe and buy a ton of Class Stabilizers via Surveys, they aren't that expensive. -

Are you sure they protect from demotions? Pretty sure I've used them and still gotten my card bumped down...Sadly yes. I can't quite remember how many cards I used to max out my first class card. The last gold card I won was over 2 months ago...and I've played maybe 70-80 WM games since XD
Dozens? More like hundreds. To get my Blaster up to +10 literally took over 100 cards, with the help of stabilizers.

Same here. I've got 6 cards at +10 and have never had a demotion when using a class stabilizer. I will say that when you run out of stabilizers there is no notification. I've once had a +9 go to +8 because I was clicking too fast and didn't realize I had run out of stabilizers e.eHuh !? whaaat ? How ? is impossible
