Mouse

Gonna buy a new mouse soon and I wanna know which of these two is better, if there is a difference at all...

Steelseries Sensei
Steelseries Sensei Raw

Thinking of getting the normal but if the Raw is somewhat better, I might go for that one instead.

Does anyone here uses any of them? Thoughts on them?

Sensei Raw is like a Watered down version of the Sensei...
if your gonna be playing CF with it then id suggest going for the RAW
since most of the "trinkets" that ur paying more for on the Sensei isnt compatible
with crossfire, so why spend the extra for useless features..
but the sensei has betters specs so its up to u...

Which specs are better? Didn't research them a lot cause I just decided today to get a new mouse and don't have the time to rn
  • I'd personally recommend a mouse which has an adjustable polling rate, (Don't know if the Steelseries Mice come with that) as any modern mouse is likely to give you wavy aim in CrossFire, seeing how CF is optimized for a Polling rate of 125 Hz, and barely manages 250 Hz.

Anything above will just diminish your aim further and further rather than improve it.

From this picture, the polling rate seems to be adjustable, and since there are 4 bars (highest 1000) I would assume the polling rates are: 125, 250, 500, 1000...

Seems to be alright then, you can't go wrong with the Sensei Raw in that case.

    Is like C4 said.
If you want to play CF only then buy the
Sensei Raw, if you also play games like LoL or such games then go for the Sensei.
The main difference is their CPU, the Sensei use ARM CPU and is much faster and sensitive.
But my opinion is that those 10 bucks more isn't anything big deal :)

  • Any optical mouse should work fine with the game.
