Surveys problems

I completed some offers from persona.ly that you had to install and play some games on iOS or android.
I never received my ZP (i waited for days) and i sent them support tickets for this. They said that i had to upload screenshots with proof that i completed the offers.
So i did, i sent them screenshots for 2 applications and the credited my ZP but when i sent screenshots for the third one they banned my account.....
I even made new account to ask them why the banned my account there (i was very kind with them) and they deleted 3 tickets so far.....
Anyone with similar experience ?

Did ya put in any incorrect info? That would make you liable to being banned.

Doesn't make sense on why they would just ban without a reason. And no even if I didn't get ZP from Survey I don't bother with support anymore waste of time.

Everything was correct, i'm 200% sure
All you have to do is to upload screenshot(s).

Not support from Z8, persona.ly has it's own support...

I repeat has nothing to do with my CF account I will send here in Z8 one ticket to be sure tho xD

Survey's are controlled by third parties, not z8. Basically they asked you to contact the survey admin and not a z8 admin.

Yup, i know. I sent them tickets (3) but they closed without any answer, i don't even know why they blocked me.....probably cause i sent many tickets with screenshots...but they asked me to do it....i can't understand really.

I think what he means is, the info you put on the diffferent offers. Perhaps you said your age was something on offer and you put a different age on a different offter. They'll notice the discrepancies and ban you for being dishonest.

Nah i don't do those kinds of offers cause are boring, usually i download games for mobile.
Like those


All you have to do is to install and run the application/game.
Some games need to play a lil bit and get some levels but still is easy

What can you do wrong here ? xD

The same here and when i sent them tickets with screenshots they blocked me. :mad:

RIP bro, many offers don't work due to errors/bugs. It's why I don't personally go for any of them, apart from the 'no register required' type of Surveys/Questionnaires. XD

I noticed something at least for android.
Some offers redirect you to the Playstore on browser and from there you have to choose in which device will be installed. Those apps never credited me.....but when it redirect on Playstore but in the app and i download the app from there i get the ZP.Now i searched for tweaks to fix that problem, so it always will redirect me in app Playstore.
But yes, from Super Rewards i didn't even get a single ZP, nothing, all bugged for me.
