Automated support messages out of hand.
You can't even have a conversation, if you don't have absolutely correct details about something it will just send you automated message.
Story:
I played this game a long time ago, cannot remember exact year or date, I gave information about login, first password(s) and first in-game name and then the changed in-game name, ZP that i had was gifted to me by a friend that i have no contact with anymore, hence why i do not know any of the transaction ID's.
For account information (Such as Date of Birth and Security questions) I used random information because at the time i wasn't 18 and also tried to keep things unrelated to my e-mail details and real life information.
Now it's been so much time i cannot remember a single bit, only my login and first password.
I can't remember my e-mail since i've changed so many in the past few years, if they would give me at least my e-mail information then i could obviously retrieve my account because im sure that my password there is the usual, i just changed password on crossfire at time of 2012 or 2013 i think because i gave it to my real life friend to play because he liked my axe and silver AK. But without e-mail and security questions he couldn't change passwords, right? So yeah, i don't remember to what password i changed when i gave it to him.
So tell me, how can one retrieve an account (That obviously isn't even played for a long time, because it is MY account and i just returned and want to play again)?
But obviously they'll keep it for whatever the hell reason and let it rot, despite no one playing on it, lol!
I just want my account back, but you can't even have a proper support, worst experience so far. even EA is much better about this, lol!

Well considering trading/giving/selling your account is not allowed and you admitted to sharing/giving your old account to a friend a few years back...you've only hurt your chances of getting said account back greatly.
However, while you may have been young....ignorance to the importance of setting things up correctly with information that you either know by heart or will/have stored is not the fault of the support or GMs. So since you can not produce the needed information you're likely not going to be able to get very far with your efforts unfortunately. I also hope you understand why they won't provide you with any of said information such as the used email address....as while you say you are indeed the actual owner of the account....they have no real way of knowing that especially since you can't verify various important security details and the what not....so why would they give out important information that could lead to the potential obtaining of an account to someone who may or may not be the real account owner? I mean...wouldn't that bite if a scammer manages to go through Support with a tiny bit of information but gets enough back from support to be able to steal someones account?
I say lesson(s) learned. For future accounts make sure you know and/or store ALL account info upon setting up an account and then update that information every time you make a change. And...follow the rules of the game you're to be playing.
But...best of luck to you in your endeavors regardless. I know dealing with support can be annoying sometimes... -
Everyone shares their accounts to their real life friends at some point lmao, that shouldn't be forbidden as it's not selling or giving the account, but just let them play for a while.
And, maybe apply some logic here, perhaps? Account hasn't been used for long, no one plays on it, i came here giving most information possible for it asking for my account back, and i get a "no"?
Use LOGIC and understand that the account is not used and will never be used again lmao, we're all human jesus christ yet they seem to have a mind of a robot e.g. "Oh you can't provide random info you gave 5 years ago? Too bad, we are going to take your UNUSED account to ROT in hell" lmao.
Logic, lads, logic.
This is not a bank account, this is not a social security account, this is a game account for christ sakes, there is no need to be extremely formal about a game account if you don't want people providing their real names or details so that they can prove years later that it's them. Either force people to provide real life information for security reasons (so that they can prove it) or don't bother with such crappy security. -

This story sounds phishy, if you know what I mean ^^ -
No, i don't know what you mean, it sounds absolutely fine for someone who used random info for an account many years ago and then quit the game. They can easily check if the account has been played or not, and it hasn't been, because it is MY account and it is UNUSED.

Well you can hardly get mad at support for you using fake information when you signed up.
No not everyone shares their accounts.... Some people actually value them and keep it to themselves.
With how little information you are offering them how do they know you are the original creator? They don't want to just give accounts away.
The forums cannot help in this matter, support is the only way to go even if they do not provide a solution you like.
