Curious Where My ZP Gone.

I had 6.4k zp from survey to change my IGN but I as I entered the game shop to buy a few crates I saw that it said I had 0 ZP.

yea certainly send in a ticket in regards to that.

however, I must ask...did you get all of the 6.4k ZP fro doing survey(s) and then instantly went into the game? Or did the 6.4k show up in the ZP section here on the website that shows how much ZP you have? My reasoning here is if perhaps you did a survey worth 6.4k ZP and then upon finishing survey went in game before checking to see if your ZP total on the website had changed yet thus perhaps for some reason the survey didn't give you the ZP for some reason. But if it showed up on the CF website as you having received the ZP but then it not being in game...well that is weird. I've always had the amount of ZP that the website says I have, when logging into the actual game. Now I don't do surveys too often...but I have done a few back in the past and never had problems with it though.

So yea...send in a ticket and best of luck to you. lol

Thanks guys, checked it during lunch today it randomly came back. Not sure if it was a glitch or something.

I had the 6.4k for months now just was debating on what name to change into. hh
