First, it's an GP crate, not an ZP crate... x'D
And I hope they put this crate back when Christmas comes. (Fingers crossed!) -

Pretty sure he/she referring to the fact that back then there was only two pages for ZP crates and now I don't even know around 8-10 probably. -
I was definitely playing then so I wonder why I have no recollection of this crate 0.0 My guess is I was dirt poor both irl and in game. Probably didn't have the GP to afford that crate and didn't have money to buy ZP either (which gives a lot of GP) T-T

I love how with some collaboration of the forum community we're able to uncover pieces of CF history. This has inspired me :0 I think when I get home I will dig out my old PC from the basement and see if #1 it'll turn on and #2 what my oldest screenshot was ever 0.0 -

Yeah sorry xD I confused the terms/items.
But anyway, I keep saying that it is always nostalgic when I see something from the old Crossfire (and also, I'm pretty sure that there really were 2-3 pages for ZP crates in those times, lol). -
Id post a SS of my character wearing the Reindeer helm, if I werent too lazy to take a SS and upload it somewhere >.>'
Though ive been wearing it the past week for fun, so if anyones been in any HMX rooms with a 9-13 round limit, maybe youve seen me.
I dont like using it much beacuse when crouched near boxes and whatnot, the antlers are still visible and thus give me away, lol. I wanted the santa hat instead =/
And I agree with Aura, almost certain there really was only 2 zp crate pages back then. Those were the CF glory days; Couldnt use the Scar-Light or else every room would kick you for being a "scrub nub", if their team was losing, people would alt+tab to turn on/off their speed hacks and aimbots, and after playing all day, once you finished repairing your weapons, you might have only made 200-350 gp, lol. -

Those didnt come in to the game until 3 or 4 years later though. However it was pretty funny how quickly everyone complained about how a gp gun that was accurate, fast, powerful, and with a good sized clip was better than any of the currently existing weapons, including zp crates and bp mall guns XD
And the kicker was that it was in the gp store, you didnt even have to win it from a crate, making it that much more 'noob friendly'.
I know its just a pipe dream, but if they would ever add just 1 channel, on any server, that only allowed the use of gp weapons, i'd probably actually start playing again.
(----Thinking back on it a few hours later, the above underlined isnt true at all. In reality it was actually only a little over a year after the game came out that we got that gun. Not sure what it was I was thinking when I said 3 or 4 years in, lol. I started playing a few weeks after its release, which for some reason I always think was in the 2006/7 area, but looking it up says it was in the beggining of 09'. Not to say that nearly 8 years isnt a long time, but it feels like its been longer than that XD----) -
Many of us wait for that crate again but in GP crates not again hats in ZP -.-
Haha, there just gonna put that crate in ZP crates because they need money and then there gonna rip our money again and they don't care about our posts and other things... Stupid game is almost dead anyway and I don't care if it does :'D -

Yeah, they should bring it back! I see that you hate Rudolph Helmet? I bought Santa Hat 1 year and have it like 50-60 days left in my storage... I really wanna win the Rudolph Helmet -

I remember last year there was something like an event and there was a site with packages that changed every 8 hours, the Santa hat was in one of those packages with some other stuff and costed 80k ZP.....
Definitely i wont even bother to spin them if they are ZP....like i said accessories for me do not worth ZP, better try my luck for weapons.

I actually just found out recently too thanks to FrozenPizza's thread where Zyko kindly provided us with some details on last year's Boxing Day event which included the santa hat -

I kinda agree. I was QQing about 'em but i missed themI remember those days years, the brazilian were savage on every room and everyone QQ about them. BR days was fun 😎
