How long does it take to respond to a ticket?

Been waiting 2 days, feeling like i'll have to wait another week for a response.
Wouldn't be surprised granted the situation with hackers when they run around for months.

Is support center even moderated?

Usually it takes about an hour or so.

But since you wrote to them on the weekend, on which they aren't moderating the Support Center, you'll have to wait until Monday.

From my experience, the tickets get answered within 24 hours. However, I heard that it could take up to 48 hours depending on the issue.

Depends on what you're asking. If it's a serious problem or something like that, it could take up to 2 hours. If you're asking a simple question like event related then it would take approximately 20 minutes.

For me, most of the time they respond towards the end of their business day. When I asked a question at 8AM EST, I got a response around 5PM EST. When I asked a question at 4PM EST, they also responded at 5PM EST. So I feel like how "long" it takes them to respond depends on when you ask. I have had a question go unanswered for a day, but it had to do with the 2016 Halloween Costume Contest so it was a pretty unique question o_O

Also, as others have stated, I have not had a ticket response during the weekend.

It's funny how "not working weekends" makes it look like the support centre's answers are written by actual humans.

Just FYI my tickets got the same answer over and over. Even i tried to reach the GM's and of course no luck and ignored.. and there was only one GM tried to help me..but told him/her no... 😎

But to answer the original question, yes, they're usually pretty decent with it. Mondays are longer because tickets build up over the weekend (they are never in on weekends, with rare exceptions) and it takes longer early in the morning because tickets are built up overnight. As Danah stated though, they usually answer decently quickly depending on the issue.
