Came back, no more chances for 100% perm gun?
Now, i played around 4 years ago, i forgot my email and my password for the account, sad, but that is besides the point.
I see that the mall is closed for "The good of everyone" which makes no sense, as it was the only way to have a proper permament gun with 100% chance if you spend enough money. Now all guns are day limited or incredibly, incredibly rare to win.
So they took away silver m4 and silver ak from the perm weapon lists, as well as axe it seems, that was possible to be exchanged with the coupons for a permament axe. Everything is limited to days now... So sad.
Z8 games gets incredible amount of money and it's sad that they're so greedy, at least give some people a chance for some permament guns (like the Mall silver weapons). I have a friend that spent hundreds of pounds on this game winning nothing, sad, just sad.
I hoped after all these years this game would be more accepting although it's only getting worse when permament weapons are only gathered from the cases and RNG jesus surely hates people sometimes.
If a person spends 40$ on a game, he should get some good content, but the person spends 40$ and gets nothing, i wonder why this is even accepted... I see less people play this game it seems as well, or new players coming in, but no wonder when they get killed by p2w guns..

Although I am with you on this. Gambling real money in a game should not be accepted, But its how this game survives.
True that it survives on it, although it gets way too much than it needs. For a game like this getting 500$m-999$m revenue is just above everything if you compare it with customer service and the absolute mess with hacking problem where people with VIP's blatantly hack for weeks.
1 billion revenue is not even what most paid AAA games can aim for, so no, i don't think "it survives on it" is an excuse really... -
Won 18 permanent black market weapons yesterday using 500k ZP only...
Not everyone is willing to spend 500k ZP on crates.
@ClumsyDeer i do agree with you about the M4A1-Silver and the AK47-Silver, They should be brought back somehow since they're one of the only decent non-vip weapons at the moment. -
Then stop complaining about not winning.
Problem isn't winning (Although it is a part of the problem since win chance in EU cf and BR cf is much higher along with the discounts)
But the fact that they removed decent permament items that you could get when buying ZP but winning nothing.
You're a part of the problem, however, because they feed off from people like you who see no issue with paying 500$ for some weapons... lol... and why they'll never up the chances or make it less expensive even tho they as a company earn way too much than they would ever need. -

Yes, that's why I am the problem. -
I think you guys are missing the fact that we have the Ribbon System which gives out a Permanent M4A1 Custom Crystal, Red Dragon Shovel, and the D.E Pink.
We have the FP Mall, which has weapons like the M4A1 Custom Red Crystal which has 38(!) Bullets and therefore pretty much offsets the M4A1 Gold Tiger that people have been spinning lately. And the other guns are nothing to sneeze at either. And they are so cheap you might as well get them all for so long that you could consider them permanent.
There are attendance rewards which give you decent guns like the TMP and the like.
There is ZM2 in which you can get Permanent Melee Weapons for free, IF you are lucky, and other such goodies.
And probably a ton more which I failed to list.
Calling someone who spends money on the Game and therefore is pretty much helping keeping the game running "Part of the Problem" is beyond insane.
You cannot assume that "they as a company earn way too much than they would ever need." without concrete data. For all we know, the spenders that we do have right now might be the only thing standing between it staying and going. -

Woah, great answer to this. Also I'd like to add that instead of M4 Silver game offers vips now which are going at similar prices expect now you have to spend ZP instead of BP (8900BP was like 90k ZP), but vips are still better then M4 silver and come with additional perks. -

VIP = op weapon = no fun -

didnt get anything.

Ribbon system takes ages to complete, FP Guns are nice, yeah, but anyone who's skilled and has VIP weapons against someone who's skilled with no VIP weapons will lose the fight anyways.
As for what NeoDaPro said, VIP weapons are not a replacement... 1) They cost more and 2) You only get 1 weapon, you get no chances to win a ZP weapon (as you did with the BP, because you could possibly get a ZP weapon and a BP weapon) Granted they are better, yeah, but spending 120$ in one time is different than spending 90$ over time... I don't know but even as a full-time worker i find it hard to actually get enough money to easily throw 100$ into a game like that...
But this thread is just nothing anyways, it's not like the devs will listen or anything, they'll continue with the extreme pricing because it's what is working for them when people see no problem with putting 300$+ to have a chance at winning something. Even CSGO prices are more reasonable because you have a 100% chance you'll get a weapon on the market lol.
I don't think it's insane to tell someone that it's insane to put so much money into in-game guns, thus supporting the devs into thinking that it is normal to charge such price for such thing...
But yeah, i'll stop now, it's not like there's a reason to discuss this anyways, i guess people here have a specific mentality towards donating. -
Point taken on the Ribbons, as for VIP Guns closing the Skillgap between players, I'd say that about the M4A1 VIPs at most. The other VIPs are pretty tame in comparison.
As for the VIP/BP Comparison, fair enough, that's mostly something subjective.
Other than that, there is no proof that allows for the claim that you are intended to put in 300+ Dollars to win something, and that not doing so would never grant you a weapon.
The Black Market is mere luck. Nothing more, nothing less. If you didn't win, that's unfortunate, but you can't possibly attribute greediness of the Devs to you not having won.
I see it every day, people getting free crates and winning guns without spending a single dime.
And if we use Danah's example, she spent about 28K ZP, give or take, on each of those 18 Guns, way less than a BP Weapon, and overall quite the low price for 18(!) Permanent Weapons.
One would say that she indeed got lucky to get a Perm with 30K ZP.
So, in short, the devs are charging 1000 to 1200 ZP Per Crate, hardly outrageous. Depending on your luck, you spend a single dime, or you spend hundreds.
And while yes, the loss of the BP Mall certainly is quite a sad thing to behold, you have plenty of alternative ways to get your hands on easily accessible weaponry which can compete with anything else on the field. -

lol no it wasn't.
8900 BP was not 90k ZP, i have both ak silver and m4 silver and i never needed to put 90k-125k zp to win one of them. The problem is that the alternatives to this weapons are not good enough, the BM is a joke, rate crate is super low and now the GP weapons price increased to absurd amounts of GP with a low rate as well, sure you guys who spend loads of money are okay with it but i know some of us who actually want to play the game for the game and not the P2W version of it want some improvement (and when i say us im referring to those who at max put up to 40k zp and don't win anything) like some of the first posters said Gambling with real money is just wrong thats why i haven't purchased any crates since 2011/2012 because it simply not worth it. -

The winning rate on the dragon blaze crates on black friday were skyhigh -
Another thread crying about not winning while you already know it was never a guaranteed win.
Btw i just won a rare gun, 20 crates, won on the first crate - if that makes you feel any betterIGetHigh96 wrote: »Yeah don't expect to get anything out of the BM unless you're dropping around $300.
