I actually don't know what to do anymore. I finished all the tasks and on the last day I sent a ticket double checking that I finished the tasks and they replied saying According of our logs you have finished all the tasks. But on maintenance day I receive 40k EP????? How is this fair? Then they reply saying according to our logs you weren't on the list of completed players.... I'm done.

Yep not doing events anymore. This game is starting to become dull for me. I will spin some crates with the EP I got though and try my luck.

Try sending them another support ticket including screenshot , anyways ,it's only 30k ep which means 10-15 extra crates as he said up there you would end up with shiiity temps
