Why did u guys removed my 25 M4A1-Silver from my inventory? I did not ask you to removed it. i ask something else if it was possible. And the support is responding me like i am asking for a refund..SMH

You got to send in another support ticket asking them to refund you but I doubt they will do it due to the company's policies.

I am not asking them a refund though.. i am asking them to put my M4A1-Silver that they took away from my storage.

First i send them a ticket of telling them that i can't spin any zp Crates because i got an error one time that my storage is full. Then i told them i have so many M4A1-Silvers i don't mind giving them back as long they will exchange me with something 1 perm.lmao. After the patch they removed like 25 of them.. SMH

In a sense, you did indeed tell them that they can deduct M4A1 Silvers from your account, although they seem to have skipped over the "In exchange for something perm" Part.

However, in the past I've been told that Z8 merely removes weapons if you have too many, and does not offer any kind of compensation, so they simply followed their usual procedure. (RIP a ton of VIPs)

They're not going to add any weapons to your storage if you had ever sent them a ticket about a full storage, telling you it'd just lead to a full storage again. Lamest excuse I've ever heard

If your storage becomes full then they will start to remove duplicate weapons to clear up some space for more weapons. xD

As for the M4-Sliver, you won't need more than 7 in your storage. So why have it? lol

But you asked to gain more space in your storage so the logical thing to do is to remove duplicate weapons until they find a pernament fix.

Plus, you won't need more than 7 since you only have 7 bags.

Because the temporaries can run out and it would be pointless to free them up. As far as I understand it, the support staff has a policy to deal with running out of inventory space, as Danah mentioned, and the only way to fix it is to remove permanent items. They don't offer any sort of compensation for this because again, as mentioned, it would put you back in the exact same position.

I will also point out that topics blatantly calling out for admins or GM's are not allowed. I am going to close this topic and remind you to keep things like this to tickets so they can help you out.
