Where are our 30d Barrett Legendary dragon?

C'mon think of us we played so hard for this, we wasted our precious time to get the barrett and you are just give us nothing and ignore us? I demand an answer

If the tracker states that you didn't reach all the requirements, whether it was due to a bug or not, it would make sense why you wouldn't receive that Barrett, as unfair as that may sound.
They'd have to go check everything on a case by case basis which most likely will take ages if one considers the amount of people who feel... shafted, shall we say, by this Event.
While I certainly hope that those who actually did the Event get their Rewards, this Event is now so far in the past that it seems as though that those who haven't received their Rewards until now won't receive them any time soon.
My utmost condolences, however. It can be insanely frustrating to not be rewarded in a Event which had the requirement of 5(!) Wave Mode Games and more.

Give up, I have submitted countless tickets and they confirmed I completed all tasks and according to the GM the CF Logs shows I had received rewards and when I submitted Storage proof, if I did have the items, they would see the Barrett for at least 20-29 days left in my Screenshots date etc, when they replied I had received it, but Support chose to ignore my storage SS etc that clearly showed no such sniper and only replied with we have already given you our final answer and to accept it as final resolution and closed the case. Submitted another ticket after GMGrumpy announced we would get the missing rewards in November and they said the same thing, we have already given you answer case closed.
So I decided to give up, they won, congrats GM, reason why I am not doing November Anarchy event as it is the same as October horror and I could see my self in the same situation and no rewards and no help, I am just supposed to accept their Logs saying I have received the rewards.
So you are not the only one, many have not had the rewards and you or any of us who haven't by now, then it's too late. A GM might come here later and say the Forums can not help you please submit a ticket, I have already tried that after they said that on the last forum regarding October horror and they gave me the same answer, you had the rewards, case closed.

yeah same here I don't care anymore I already submitted two tickets and they tell me to provide evidence which I already have and two threads with no reply from them but anyways I just wanted to get their attention to listen and care about us and to avoid the same problem with future events but apperantly they don't care -

Here is actual Conversion and proof sent and can see there are no rewards in storage, this is only to show you guys if they didn't consider my proof why would they bother with people who had tracker issue, In my case Tracker was fine and CF logs confirmed event complete, however it was their CF logs that alleged I had received the rewards and their policy is CF logs are always right. Use the information below to accept you won't get your rewards and I wouldn't bother trying any more.On stream last friday violet or someone said that we will get the rewards on this patch.
Case closed after November patch ticket sent, made ticket they say you had it close case and say accept it. Here is my reply since October and after GMGrumpy promised to give out missing rewards today!

I attached Screenshot showing I done October Horror Event and you replied to me saying:
distribution is successful and data shows I had received the Rewards in my storage and closed the case without even waiting for me to reply.
So will post again and will attach storage looking at the sniper section easy to see if i received the rewards or not can see I don't have Barrett Legendary or other rewards.
Do not close it without doing full investigation as I am not the only one just have a look at the forum.

At this time, only the Mutation Mode portion of the tracker is not currently working as intended. The tracker records will be updated within 24 hours. If you have completed the Mutation Mode portion, it will be added to the list of your completed tasks.

Last time I submitted ticket during October you told me Cf logs shows have received the items however I didn't and I submitted ticket with storage Screenshot showing if I had it would see Barrett sniper in sniper section when you could clearly see I didn't so GMGrumpy posted on the forum whoever is missing rewards will receive it during November maintenance I checked today and I still don't have my rewards!
An I clearly completed it as you confirmed I did and you even Confirmed based on your Logs that have received it however I didn't still waiting for it

So what they are saying in first ticket, Is congratulation for completing October horror oh by the way Data base say you received items,hmm next day Sent proof of my storage then they say oh yes we are aware of October horror tracker issues be patient and send another ticket xD, Then the lovely GMGrumpy announces to us all we are aware people haven't received rewards rest assured November patch will receive them.
November patch comes no rewards! Send new ticket close case and say look back at the first reply we gave you meaning we say you received them end of story have a nice day!
Please don't say do not talk about reply ticket here, people should know after we provided proof you still say you have received them and close the case and when we open new ticket you say you already opened ticket and we provided the response accept it. Clearly there is an issue with your Logs distribution if your saying I have received them and I am saying no and I have shown you my storage next day after you say I have them which shows nothing clearly if I did would have at least 29 days left etc but have nothing! -
Why even bother CamelSoldier? You just literally wasted your time typing that post cuz they simply don't care. Adding new rules to events lately after the event is already over, event page being broken most of the time, events that are unfair, rewards not being distributed, hackers doing whatever they want for months in ranked and so on.
Events are the only thing thats keeping this game alive. Over the last year we got so many events that provided us over 50 crates per month and now everyone got used to getting 50 zp crates per month for few hours of farming.
I stopped buying zp over a year ago and i had more gp than ever and I have won 4 zp guns from event crates in this year. We all got used to getting so much free stuff that now the game is dead if there is no event. I just took a screenshot in game, 0 clan members online. We have 100 members and 0 clan members online? Why? Because there is no events running. Last week when we had zm2 event at this time we had 25 members online. Pretty much self explanatory. And now for the last few months we had events which were mostly fails.
Yeah there is a level up event running but why would anyone bother with that. Most of us need too much exp to level up in time anyway. -

I know typing that does not change anything for me, but at least it might give closure to some of our community who are still wondering where are their rewards. I don't like to say anything bad about support but if I see something not right I will stand up speak out. This shouldn't be taken as negative view by the GM but should be taken as positive view as they can contemplate on it and make policy changes and avoid such issues and what would put all this to rest is an acknowledgement of possible CF logs issues in the past event and make simple apology wouldn't hurt, they don't have to give any compensation or anything just acknowledgment.
I don't mind taking a bit of time to review events and issues and give my experience and views towards handling of event and should be highly accepted by the GM as this might improve things later on. As for new rules, I think you are referring to Trick or Treat about community game, again didn't do that event as I knew the wording was vague on face book about players who played the most of that mode, could of meant many things and later on was said it meant players who completed 10 games of that winning mode would get 20,000 EP. This was clear mistake as well as Halloween Hunt which they have acknowledged and an apology had been given and they also gave people the crates that missed out 29th day! which was a good first step,but due to the impact October Horror had on me and the support given to me, I had decided to avoid such long events such as this month November Anarchy. I will continue to do EP events but not month long ones that give out temporary items as I have had bad experience that would last me a life time xD which is a shame as Support has always been nice and supportive in the past.
As for hackers, well we can have a long discussion on that but yeah some type of new report system that pushes multiple reports of certain player to the top of list and leaving the less reported players bottom of the list, this system will focus on worst hackers and most recent hackers that would be reported many times. Maybe system that will push report that has been reported say maybe by 15 players to immediate or red check that require immediate report review, this will speed up the process. Red check reports that had been reported by multiple players are more likely real hackers thus given immediate ban such as during Ranked season 2 we had daily same hackers and I am sure some of the hackers had been reported over 50 times by multiple players this in a system would push the file to immediate red check to be viewed within say 5 days.
Back to support, this shouldn't discourage people from using support as it can be helpful in some cases.Yesterday i spent over an hour to make a detailed ticket about them (some of them), i had a reply that they will forward it to GMs and i was hopping that today some of them will be banned....i was glad for this until i saw that
I disappointed so much after that....:(
