I have the feeling that this Thread seems to just ooze sarcasm.

I personally haven't had much of an issue with them.

In the rare case I did need help, they were quite fast and it all was resolved within one answer or two.

Sometimes I really wonder who takes care of Tickets. Sometimes I get the most stupid, useless replies.

Like said before, they reply for the sake of replying. Thats where the problem lays.
