How hard can it be?

I decided to tryout ranked again. It's a good mode, but everybody avoids it because of hackers.
What did I find? Yeah... I found around 8-12 hackers ruining every game. It was always the same hackers. You know what they said? "I can't get banned, z8 doesn't give a f. It's just ranked." Some of them even called themselves competitive players and had high ranks. I reported most of them, but how hard can it be? It should take around 20 minutes for three people to clean ranked in the UK servers. There is even a clan with the description, "Ranked hackerrrrrsssss, you will get ", with like eight members. Easiest ban in the world.

My question: Is the support team really that lazy? Don't answer me with, we need proof. You only have to join a game for about one minute, to clearly see it isn't human. Get your together already. We actually spent money on this game.

They have all necessary proof ,even more than they need actually. Players you are talking about are devastating ranked for months. Support is probably full of tickets with replays of these players. I just dont understand why they dont ban them.

i was dreaming to become GOLD this season because last season i dropped from Gold by only 1 match and i didn't play it again BUT sadly DC and hackers welcomed to me ^^

To answer your question: yes they are to lazy to ban them, cause it certainly isnt the lack of reports. These known hackers must have been reported by well over 20 different people.
Oh and while they are having fun destroying ranked you will get an infraction cause you said the F word. Thats how things work around here.

Worst of all is they copy and paste responses on the tickets. 70% of the time the response doesn't even make sense and pertain to your question or complaint. Smilegate West will always be a terrible company, its time for someone to take it to the head quarters.

I just beat three hackers in one game, from the same clan. The high ranked vip people dropped them vip guns to play with lmao. I've also seen so many people duo or ask for duo with cheaters. How does that make them any better than the cheaters? :S

I don't even think the support can see if someone cheats or not. Since I never see them actually playing the game. <-- Which is pathetic imo.

They get bucketloads of tickets from the countless crybabies who play this game and now even more with the kick voting deactivated
It would be a good idea if there was a new report section only for ranked matches, which will separate RM from the other public matches reports, so they will be reviewed faster I guess

There are ways to keep the game clean, they know them and can use them anytime but this is a matter of dedication in their work and although they have improved through the years, I think they don't try enough and could do even better if they were willing to.

Only if they were quickly to ban cheaters that aren't in competitive like they did to those in competitive, I guess if its no money loss going there way it's no problem.

I have no idea why it was removed first place previous list! only people should be on a list is actual hackers who had been reported and permanently banned and even maybe have another section temporary ban section so what if people can change. Name and Shame them for causing problems for the community, If they don't like it then don't hack and they shouldn't of hacked in the first place whether is Temporary or Permanent ban name and shame them! so we all can check.

Yes Temporary ban list players can change their IGN but at least we can see who previously got banned to see if our hard work, time consuming reports actually got looked at and was worth reporting.

We know what's going on, we reported them countless times, we know who do what although we can't do anything alone as long as support don't care....

Because MODs are here to police the forums. Doesn't matter how crappy your experience was with your issue, if we see a broken rule, we'll give you a ticket. It only makes sense.
