Ok so I'm 100% sure I did the October Horror Event....yet the GM's says :





Nice......completely wasted my time on this game in October....no wonder CF NA is dying...
can't even complete an event without being rewarded. Oh you completed the event, but "our database says you didn't"
I checked the tracker before it got glitched....everything was completed but play 30 minutes each day for 15 days.........YES I did play like almost 2+ hours daily in October.

How would sumbitting a new ticket help him? He will probably get exactly the same reply as posted above.

So beatenblood5, U did not finish all tasks or you are just screwed. If the logs say you did not finish all tasks (regardless of if they are wrong or right) you wont get anything. Thats the truth.

I sent a ticket with evidence that I finished but still didn't get my rewards. Grumpy than said the rewards would be distributed on this November patch, and still nothing. I learned my lesson, never doing these types of events again, wasted a whiole month for nothing.

I got screwed once by one of these big monthly events....it was a "lesson learned" that the database is not reliable enough for me to spend anymore time/effort trying. With today's API and Web-service technology, having a reliable Event Tracker interfaced to a reliable database should not be difficult...but apparently it is.

Just not worth the disappointment.
