Hack Tool Detected

Can anyone tell me here to confirm something, if you get a hack tool detected does it give you a 1 day ban or 5 days. I never get 1 before since 2010 but i just wanna confirm it..

Before if you got it, it would result in a hour ban. But I recently got one but didn't get an hour ban. So idk.

I don't know about the one hour ban, thats when u get error from glitching...

I had 3 days ban once for an error hack tool has been detected.
I had iTunes opened that day, idk what happened :S

I had Razer (the program required for my mouse to run normally) and Mumble. The second try, it let me in without the error when logging in. I blame the game's fault, it recognized my skill :P

I got an hour ban twice for having an Android Simulator opened.
Support says I hacked.

Edit: Funny thing, none of the current GMs were here when that^ was being detected as a hack and banned a hell lot of people. I remember a GM made an apology thread about it and said people that got banned for that would get their ribbon back.

i got it before and got 3 days ban and lost my honorable soldier ribbon , i think it was my anti-virus

Yup. I remember that aswell. So does that mean the people who say "lost my HSR to the 1 hour ban" are basically lying? lol. Anything to keep their rep.

Well I mean I never hacked and didn't get my ribbon back, so....
Some could be lying while some could be telling the truth.

Filipino - most hack tool detected now lead to perm bans not just temp so as for that I'd send a support ticket explaing what happened.

Also for that bug with Windows XP.....many players banned for that for no reason........

I been sending a ticket through support and no matter how i tried to explain it to them, they just answer me with the same answer over and over. And for god sake even in their players detected log it's shows that i was not detected for hacking and it shows and i got blocked 60 times from ingame error, and it's because of that they have to take my honorable ribbon it is because that shows on my record even that was z8's error and i have to suffer for that...to me thats shows our GM they love us so much and show care to their valued customer.

There are OBV players in game that hack and still have there HR. So good luck

Yeah it happend to me but long ago i didn't care then actually, I sent a ticket but they said that if I lost the Honorable soldier ribbon i wont get it back, so I let it go cause I had no proof for it and I don't blame them of they didn't believe me, but I do blame them for that error.
