I've received my 10 crates. They said that they would reward anyone who completed all the clues, but day 4 only would be excluded, so you should have received yours if you had finished the other clues.

If they would actually respond on the forums then we wouldn't need to post tickets on here. Maybe grumpy should scratch his head and think about the reason why we are posting all these tickets in the first place and do something about it, instead of saying we have to stop lmao.

I sent a Support ticket and i got the same generic response that my name is not in the list of players that completed the requirements for this event. It's their fault that they posted the clue of 31st as late as 29th October.
