Where is my October horror rewards?
I've completed everything. Had an issue with played hours , like thousands another people.
Already sent a ticket, got a well known answer by a bot. Not even by a human, but from a programm, which is working with keywords.
GG , wasted. If you cant carry out your events - do not even try. People waste a lot of time to do some events.
As example i'm doing events just from "sproting interest" , since i can buy every item you are giving out.
But remember, some people can't just buy these items. For some people events is the only one way to get some temprary zp items. Cause simply they don't have the money for it.
I have a friend from Egypt. His monthly earnings = price of 1 vip.
Don't you undrestand that you have a lot underage players, who don't work? Or people from middle east? Only solution for them is events. And you are doing weird things.
Even trolling in CW chat. People was asking you about 31 october clue, and you was playing clanwars? It was like 19:00 GMT , i guess. You , the staff , was too lazy to write few words in event thread. Since event tracker was broken and removed. And trolling? "Not today"?
90% of the community failed to complete every day task in Haloween hunt event , because of you. Because of your irresponsibility.
If you can't do your job correctly - leave.
Also you show no respect to your customers. Do you know that customer is ALWAYS right? Company in which you are working getting money because of US , the customers. We spent money in this game.
Because of US , the customers , you have this job. And you have to do it with a proper way. Your behave is like we are slaves , and you are the owner. Like you are doing us a favor that we can play this game.
This is not good. I tried to find z8games contact inofrmations, contacts of your superiors. But i didn't found anything. Can i have a phone number, or adress? Dear GMs?

  • first of all, i'd like to say that i didn't get my rewards till now from event ''October Horror'' but i wanna tell you something
    last month ''September'' we got reward after 2~3 days of ending event so i think we will receive our rewards soon!

    secondly about ''Halloween Hunt Event'': they didn't show us some respect! we waited until they return back from weekend and when they back none helped us or fixed anything about this event then they went to play Clan wars! -_-
    even MODs didn't say anything about this event :3
    can anyone tell me importance of ''CrossFire Forum Moderators'' ?

  • I did not get my september chaos rewards which i completed and i understood that i should not waste time for october one too and looks like i was right
  • it's not a robot but they do copy and paste generic responses. They look at the ticket and based on what you said they select the text most appropriate to your inquiry.

    Received update from GM saying I completed event and successful distribution and said items are in my storage lol case closed

    Its my storage vs their database! here is my storage for reward items!

    *30 day bullet proof helmet = no
    *30 day bullet proof jacket = no
    *30 day Smoke protection helmet= no
    * 30 day expand grenade _ can't say yes or no have it 2505 day
    *30 day legendary barrett = no
    However GM said I have received it lol okay


    Update sent new Ticket with Storage Screenshot which clearly showed if I had the rewards would see the Sniper Barrett, clearly Screenshot showed no such sniper n my account, but they left ticket open for 5 days then after that no reply, didn't close the case they actually removed my ticket permanently deleted it check under closed tickets it does not exist any more or ever did! :D GG. So I just gave up no point arguing with a machine lol we lose guaranteed! its on repeat!

    Duuude. Same thing here!! I also completed everything in september chaos, but didn't got any reward! Failed to prove them anything. Thought it was a mistake. But now SSDD. Same thing with October horror event... This is ridiculousness.

    This is so sad! Really. It's crazy. Stupidity in apotheosis. Support claiming that you got the items but in a fact you didn't. I just can't udrestand why they acting like that?

    Example: A person X was working hard for a month in a factory for a month, and then came to take his sallary. And the factory is clainming that X earned his money! X trying to proove that he didn't , X don't have money to eat, but the factory still claiming the same. ROFL!

    I got the same response as you, and I DID send evidence with and they still say I need to send evidence. My ass.

    I did the event, and I want my rewards.
  • RIP October Horror and Halloween Hunt. Both major fails. And so far no word on compensation or anything.

    I stopped doing the October Horror stuff when they retracted my time played from 30 hours to 8 and the 30 minutes 15 days down to 7 days with less than 8 days until the end thus making it impossible to re-complete and finish said event. Tried pointing out the flaw in the tracker to them but they just said only the MM was wrong. Wouldn't even check into my time spent in-game throughout the event to see that I had in fact been IN MATCHES for more than 30 hours already and would have covered the 15 days part too. so RIP there.

    Then in Halloween Hunt I was one of the few lucky ones who saw all the event clues even the ones posted really REALLY late (RIP anyone not in NA and even then most NA people as well). Finished them all, got all the daily rewards even the 3 day MP5 Halloween that was suppose to be 7 days. But I didn't get my 10 crates yet.

    I really hope the GMs aren't wondering why people are quitting or at the very least suggesting that the entire game is just a money grab these days. I mean It's pretty obvious....failure/partial failure of an event here and there is one thing. But it seems since August there's been poorly thought out events or major failings within events constantly. Can't even blame it on the tracker issues alone either. Just sad. Of course...if any of these were ZP purchase based events you bet the issues would be cleared up REAL fast.

    September Event, CFGames, and so on, they were all huge fails. Z8 doesn't know how to organize events. There is always one or ten things broken.

  • It's just sad that we do an event that lasts a MONTH and at the end we don't get our rewards and just get copied and pasted replies.
  • I know 100% that I completed October Horror Event....
    what if they ask me for proof? I didn't screenshot....I checked the tracker before it was glitched....everything was completed. Now it's not, escape mode wins went down to 2, mutation went to 7, hours played went to 24

    MODs are not in control of events or reward distribution. We are here to help, when we can, and enforce the forum rules.

  • Finally got a good response from support.
    According to them we will get our rewards.
    And also according to them everything will be alright with haloween hunt event.
