Regarding October Horror event!

I still haven't received my stuff from the event while the tracker says that I need to play 2 more hours. Already playing for 3-4 hours and still haven'5t my barret. What should I do? Btw, did anyone received their KSG15-Halloween? Cuz I haven't

The rewards for the October Horror should be delivered after the event is finished. According to the GMs, the tracker should be working fine expect from Mutant Mode Games.

As for the KSG-15 Halloween, I haven't got mine. Did you play on the right map?

One of my friends just received his barret legendary about 5 hours ago, I don't know how he got it. And for the KSG-15 Halloween part, you needed to play EM Sewers 30 min. Right?

I will suggest to play more hours to make sure that you definitely qualify to get the rewards once the event finishes.

As for the EM Sewers, nobody got their prize. Sorry for the confusion, I thought you were talking about today's reward.

I already played many hours in-game and thank you for you're information about the event, but I was talking definitely about the reward from yesterday. I hope other people get the reward that did the EM Sewers 30 min. from the yesterdays clue. Thank you Abel, you're such an good forumer and an great friend

I'm pretty sure the GMs will figure out something on Monday. They are either going to extend the event or award everyone with yesterdays reward.

I'm pretty sure there's still something wrong or that something went wrong with the tracker outside of the Mutation Mode games section and they aren't willing to admit it. About a week or so ago, before they reset the Mutation Mode to actually track mutation mode and not HMX and other mutation types, I had my time requirements finished. Both the play 30 minutes for 15 days and the 30 hours. After they 'fixed' the Mutation mode counter and it dropped down to the appropriate levels of MM games actually played, my times also dropped from being finished to only like 7/15 days on that one and like 8 hours of 30. I know i've finished those but once I saw that issue on the tracker I sent in a ticket they gave me the 'everything is working except MM and we're looking into that currently' and I had asked them to verify my game play time to which they didn't even address. And since that event didn't really reward anything of importance to me I just said screw it i'm not gonna worry about finishing it if they won't even acknowledge my concern over the time especially since based on the tracker I wouldn't be ABLE to finish due to not enough days left in event to re-complete the 15 days one. (that and finding escape mode in NA is painful as is finding MM as everyone is always in HM or HMX)

As for the KSG-15 Halloween. I got mine but I saw the clue late last night with time to be able to do the 30 minutes in EM Sewers. I'd like to think that due to their mess up with not providing the clue until really late, so much so that pretty much anyone but NA players would have likely been in bed, that they will compensate/extend that portion of the event for those that sadly missed it.

My hours tracker still says I have only done 11 hours even though it was 30 hours beforehand. It looks like there is something still wrong with the tracker and it is likely I will not get the prizes.
