If you mean banned, then if ticket can't help you then for sure none of us can.

If you are banned permanently for whatever reason then you will not get it back.

*Charge back bans, can get access back when charges are cleared

So we don't really know what you mean "down" but I would assume you mean banned for hacks, sharing acc, farming bots or other violation.

If you mean account stolen, then you could get it back if you have following details.

*First IGN
*Date of birth
*First email registered
*Security answer

You have them then you can prove its yours and get it back if you don't they usually ask for something else say you forgot date of birth but had rest right might need transaction ID for most recent ZP purchases.

Other than that guide we really can't help you much

yea tickets are really the only place you can retrieve your account and we can't tell you what you really need to know to engage the support center if we don't know stuff like WHY it was 'taken down' among other things. If it was banned then it's most likely because you got detected or caught hacking and if that's the case RIP account. If you charged back then you'll need to repay the charge back before you'll get access back to the account or any support in regards to that account. If someone stole your account then I hope you have your account info enough to retrieve it, you'll need the various info such as Camel posted. If you don't have it and can't get it then RIP. But if your account was stolen it's likely because you either shared your account info with someone or visited a site that had malware/keylogger on it that would target Crossfire which would mean it was likely a site for hacks or 'free' crossfire stuff.

In other words you need to be more careful with your accounts in the future and if support can't help you, then there's next to nothing we can do and the GMs when they see this will likely direct you back to support.
I do hope the best of luck for you if it was something accidental or if you changed your pw and simply forgot...but if it was something else then meh.

I'm quite the experienced crossfire user guys :P , I did provide as much information as possible (Email Missing). But I gave sensitive information and information that only I would know, gave them the credit card/Karma Koin/PCGamesupply/My banking with photo evidence, and alas nothing. I have public profiles on facebook, twitch, and these forums that acredit myself as the owner (I would imagine) as I could even provide purchase info and distribution records for the giveaways I held on these forums using x_Lightrise* or [XiT]Light. I have even talked to [MOD]Jessy who was LT with me for XiT. She could easily accredit me as the owner and could pick me out by face/voice as such.

I went offline for a period of 3 months after being exceptionally active. I didn't share info to anyone untrusted because the account was an LT of a clan :P (XiT Woundz)

I came back online to not be able to sign in. Incorrect Password, come to realize my IGN is in a new clan and all. My girlfriends account is so close to mine in Login/PW that her account would definitely be breached if mine was, if the perp knows me. Her account is still completely fine which makes no sense.

But you shared it with someone "trusted"? You shouldn't have done that, but I just hope that by "trusted" you don't mean "someone I met online and we played together for a while and stuff"

All of that stuff about Profiles, Facebook distribution record etc is useless. All they require is the following:

*current Registered email (of course this would of been changed if hacked ) but still add it in that section and explain it in Comment area!
*First IGN (Important if you forgot date of birth!)
*Date of birth (very important but if you forgot it, transactions ID useful)
*First email registered (this information is important determine if you made account or not )
*Security answer (One of the most important information get it right or they will just does not match )
*Date created the account (doesn't have to be accurate the day but month and year has to be accurate again explain in comment area )


***others such as Transaction IDS useful add as many as you can possibly remember or get access to, in comment area!

But leave out all that stuff about MOD identify you or profile stuffs they are not interested in that, they follow rules which is based on the above information nothing less and nothing more.

Very helpful information CamelSoldier, but alas I'm not new to this.
I tracked my account to primeguard and informed the leadership, not quite sure what else to do but wait for the third support ticket response. :P
And I don't think they would ban me for letting my spouse use my account to try a gun in front of me. If they did then specific mods would be in trouble. :P

Now this would be great if I was the one who changed said email. Which I did not. So... Don't know much more to say to that. My account was hacked, password changed, and email changed. I have no access. Z8 Support should be meeting my needs and simply helping me retrieve my account through simple information verification. I now WORK in technical support for a large company that deals with much more complex matters daily, so this is extremely disappointing. [/size]

Now before the presumptuousness seeps into this thread, I would love to stress that I did send them an insane amount of information including all of the right information. They have everything from Karma Koin Transaction ID's, to a list of all possible security questions and answers. (And yes first/ALL IGN's). I included a couple paragraphs of extra information to accredit my accusation and strengthen my case. Also someone mentioned earlier about speaking to a MOD, and I want to point out I co-lt'd a clan with current Mod Jessy and I did already speak to her. Moderators cannot assist in this process.[/size]

seems insane to me that, if you've provided enough information to convince them that, that account is in fact yours and it was in fact hacked/taken from you somehow, that they won't or probably actually can't do anything until after the 90 day period from last Email change.

I mean I get it if they're limited in their capacity to reset the email currently due to that....but to me that wouldn't make sense. Surely there's a way they can force it and get you your account back.
On top of that....how far along is it in the 90 day process? Is it at 40 days out of 90...1 day out of 90....89 days of 90? How can you be certain when that 90 day period is up unless you wait 90 days at which point who knows what will happen with said account during that time frame. hrmmm

Don't look at it in negative way, think of it this way. You provided the most important aspect correct with information provided or else GM would of just said sorry "does not match" that is normal, worse case if third ticket said sorry "does not match" but you have progress now.

So enjoy your time with your alt for the next three months and send the same ticket and will ask you for new email, that is normal now, can only change it once every 90 days. This more or less guarantee your account back, they only dig into the account to find change date if you gave correct information as you did, their normal response is okay now wait 90 days and submit again and they will ask you for new email.
