Z8 Games support team getting worse?

I would just like to turn all the attention on how z8 support has gone from bad to worse.
They use to just reply with generic messages where it would be easiest, and solve the issues.
But now, they dont even solve them but are plain up lazy about looking into the issue.

I was asked for proof.. I have no idea how am i to proove that I completed 10 games over every period of 2 days you gave us for each event.. Was I to record 3 hours of gameplay?
I doubt you would even call that proper proof.

What do you guys think? Are they worth your $$ spent on this game?

There's nothing wrong with what they told you. Others have received their rewards successfully and you did not. You probably missed a few wins (in these situations, you should always do extra just in case) Also the proof part, they expect a screenshot of you winning with dates somewhere in the screenshot. (This is also a nice thing they do because they're still trying to get you the rewards in case you legitimately did it but never received the rewards) So there is nothing wrong with this ticket imo.

Meaning I just so happened to not get enough wins on all 3 events by a chance? Yeah, right. I would have believed you if I didnt have previous experience with them, and didnt know for a fact that these guys cant set up a proper working html page that adds up 2 days wins in order to check if you qualified.

I sent a hacking report a month before with a three star general speedhacking on a pub game and he still plays and he even has his HS ribbon

Your issue is not that you didn't do 10 games over the 2 day, we believe you did however the requirement to get EP is to do 10 wins on that day. Each day is different and you can not do for example day 1. (5) wins and day 2. (5) wins as example for wave mode which is 10 games each day meaning you could collect 20,000 if you did 10 each day. but if you done 10 in total between those 2 day would not qualify for the reward!. That's the only reason I can think of based on your ticket reply and other players who did between the days. You can check the old forum where we discussed it and mentioned it after the first day, meaning people then attempted to do for example wave in one day as we warned them.

The following examples!

Win 20 Ranked Match S&D Games
October 20th 20 Wins! = 10,000 EP! ( Done less than 20 on this day will not Qualify for EP for this day)
October 21st: 20 Wins!= 10,000 EP! ( Done less than 20 on this day will not Qualify for EP for this day)

Win 30 Ranked Match TDMs

October 22nd - 30 Wins! = 10,000 EP! ( Done less than 30 on this day will not Qualify for EP for this day)
October 23th - 30 Wins! = 10,000 EP! ( Done less than 30 on this day will not Qualify for EP for this day)

Win 10 Ranked Match Wave Mode
October 24th - 10 Wins! = 10,000 EP! ( Done less than 10 on this day will not Qualify for EP for this day)
October 25th: 10 Wins! = 10,000 EP! ( Done less than 10 on this day will not Qualify for EP for this day)

In reality you could of collected 60,000 EP if you done those task on those dates!, however a lot of people got confused thought the task lets say Wave mode 10 could be done between 24th -25th for example 5 wins each day make total of 10, will in that case a lot of people didn't get the EP and it was mentioned on the forum by some of us but don't think people will get the EP because of confusion!.

I done TD 30 wins on 22nd and received 10,000 EP and on 24th I also done 30 wins TD rnaked and I got another 10,000 EP!. In your case not sure if you did those games in the specific day not between two days!

My advice to you in the future when doing events!, always take screen shots of event trackers after each complete task, but as for ranked games not sure how you can prove it but maybe resize your crossfire screen and take screen shot of the Rank! which shows how many wins you have already and make sure the date is displayed and time i.e your desktop if you minimize crossfire and do small window under CF setting and then do final screenshot after you done the Rank task again showing the date and time and wins! which will show you achieved so and so amount of wins on that day! for future reference!

It wasnt said so clearly IMO, as I thought it was 10k ep per stage, not per day..
But even if it was so, I should have recieved 10k EP as I did 10 wave mode wins on the same day.

It clearly said "October 20th - 21st: Win 20 Ranked Match S&D Games and receive 10,000 EP!" ... that means 20th TO 21st. If it was as you say, it should have said "20th & 21st" ...

xD I didnt say the GM said was every day? I said the players mentioned it after the first day and we discussed it on that forum about doing it in same day after S&D event finshed and some didn't get it so we dicussed the possibilty of it being 20 games on each day for seperate 10,000 EP each day and that's why I said have a look on the forum we discussed it not announced by the GM, it was community input that helped others achieve the next task such as Wave and TD and for you doing Wave like I said "In your case not sure if you did those games in the specific day not between two days! " meaning I dont know if you did 10 or not 10 on the day.

If you did then for sure your entitled to your EP, but proving it as you said out of the question! but take the advice given to you on the previous post for future events! has helped in my case! also your not alone in that case a lot have mentioned they didnt get their EP even doing it one day on that thread!
