Just a suggestion

Why doesn't Z8 invert in YouTube or Google advertisements?

Comments

  • This has been asked before. iirc, someone without adblock looked up "free FPS" and CF was the first link popping up as an AD on google. I'd guess they've done some with YouTube, but I'm adblock for life.
  • The only time that I've seen Cross fire advertisements in Google and YouTube it's when Cross Fire Español was released.

There were a couple of reviews which were done by famous YouTubers to increase the awareness of CF North America.
  • I remember seeing a CF ad on youtube once when I had adblock on pause. Was a couple months back though
  • I always see Ads on Facebook and Google. Never seen on Youtube.
  • i have adblock myself, so i wont see them, but it would be nice to gain players that way
  • Or we could try the interesting way, We're in 2016 people, We could have a new full data base thanks to one simple video, it goes viral, we get posers :) They'll buy lots of ZP to look cool while playing, soon the hype will die and they'll be selling their accounts illegally for prices no one could imagine, suddenly these accounts are active again, more players, Horray.

    Ehmm, Sorry, Got excited there.

I mean sure we could do that...lol

also in terms of advertising i'd say there's a GOOD chance that their Facebook posts are 'Sponsored' which means a lot of your FB friends are likely seeing CF stuff occasionally whenever the CF Page makes a post. That is assuming of course you don't use a gaming account to keep away nabs from your personal life/friends/family. lol But the sponsoring content goes a long ways on facebook and allows you to target various demographics and what not too. I know on a small browser game page that would normally only get like 100 views at best per post would shoot it up to like 20k-40k plus views all from outside the normal viewership and some things would go even further. And would often bring lots of new Page likes for that browser game....not sure how many people then went on to use the small browser game exactly but it did get some extra traffic from the sponsored posts.

Another option is if there was a clear cut referral system in the game they could create a contest aimed to bring in new players. The contest would be over the course of a few months and would involve Current Players giving out referral codes to potential players, potential players creating game accounts with said referral code, potential players then over the course of the event period would be required to play so many hours and accomplish various things that would keep them fairly active in the game during that time. Any Referrer and New Referred Player who complete the needed activity requirements and had successfully given out and or used a referral to create an account would be rewarded a ribbon and other rewards.
Also during the event period accounts participating in the process would be reviewed to make sure they do not share IP or MAC Addresses with any already existing/active accounts. For obvious reasons.
  • i want to see some interesting ads for CF .. short movies xD
