You ruin crates by giving them out constantly and making them worthless to buy. Now you are doing the same for VIPs too? Guess i wont buy any new VIPs because you will just release them for events/EP soon anyway.
I wonder why you treat your loyal ZP buyers so poorly.
You'd rather 100 egyptians who never pay anything, than 1 NA/UK player who pays lots of money?

You do know its also a marketing tool?, People can test AWM and might love that much and purchase it, I think its good idea not as if they get to keep it, plus its not totaly free, they worked for it doing events!, I have other VIPS but not AWM and I will not be purchasing it with EP doesnt appeal to me! and I dont see an issue with it.

That doesn't work when it just annoys all the existing donors. You might attract a new player to donate, but that doesn't help if at the same time ten existing donors get sick of it and stop buying those weapons. -
I can imagine why you guys who spent money on VIPs would be mad about this.
However, I can't blame Z8 either(doesn't make it right though).
If you think about it, CF itself is an outdated game that's only going to go downhill no matter what they do. Especially given the competition they face with CS:GO, eague of Legends, and Overwatch who have stolen a majority of CF's playerbase.
Like you said, let's say they're going to have to choose between an NA/UK player with a lot of money, or 100 Egys with barely any money.
Catering to the egys would be a safer bet because their computers are often too bad to run the other games so they will probably stick around for a long time.
NA and UK players who have a lot of money can easily dish out a couple of dollars on a better game instead of buying a VIP on a game where they have no English speakers to play against.
It's basically their way of making a dead game appear to be not dead. -
The event can be farmed with 2 people, so they can get the VIP for around 18 days. 18 days of clueless people going after me to trade their AWM for my Barrett.
Please, don't put VIPs in the EP Shop.

Its not a bad marketing tactic. Only real problem is the amount of event points it cost just to get it for 3 days. Should drastically increase the amount of event points you need for it tbh since they give so much event points out.

Awwww... I don't like that I paid 100$ for my weapon and now it's being given out for free. You told me to uninstall, and now I have to do so...

I got 3 permanent weapons out of ribbon system.
M4 Custom crystal? It was useful and rare in like 2012. Now almost everyone got it. Also you can get M4 custom RC from BP mall. And it's better , since it has pretty silencer. Not fat like m4 CC.
Shovel? Ugh , probably it's good for some one who don't have permanent variant of field shovel.
Ugly DG? It's like DG crystal from BP mall. Same stats with DG camo.
What is the point of trying hard / paying a lot to get some ribbons? -
Honestly, what a load of nonsense this thread is. To many Selfish kids out there its a fps nothing more nothing less. If Z8 wanna put AWM"VIP" in EP shop that's a'ight with everyone that ain't so well off.I'll sooner have that than waist EP on crates let's be honest the chances are next to bugger all on win ratio. Just play the game and stop moaning. EP is earn't via the relevant task/event... Salt in my wounds fight's infection

I'd rather see an unrealeased VIP available for EP instead of a VIP which me and many other people paid already a big amount of money and now it is given out for free to everyone
Z8 keeps letting down all the veterans who have been supporting this game all these years. First was the free ZP crates (example everyone now has a deagle xmas which used to be rare), after the FP mall (still remember the kukri VIP preorder and after it finished kukri red crystal was announced) and now free VIP for which hundreds paid hard earned money to get it. Why must we copy everything from China? Can't we just have a different server economy? -
I never saw that much sick people on any forum before. It's a "3" day VIP gun with the least perks. First of all, there shouldn't be a VIP system at all as it completely ruined the ranking system. Too many farmers became marshal within a week because of this VIP system.
No one asked you to buy anything in this game. It was your choice in the first place You are not a investor,you are just a gamer. If you want to invest in Z8 then go and buy their shares. That way you may be able to exert some influence. BTW it's not like they are giving your VIP gun out of your storage to them.
Another thing is that EP is for "EVERYONE" ,yes it's for "EVERYBODY". They are not giving EP to non ZP/VIP Players only. You can earn it too. It's their choice to get 3 day VIP gun over the crates. Its "not" a permanent gun they "earned". You can buy the crates too.
There's always a thing for you guys to mourn over. First it was DM crates, then attendance rewards and kick voting voting system, and now it's about Event points. They removed those xmas crates "earned" through completion of DM. Now nobody wants to do DM for 500 GP because they can earn lot more than 500 GP in a single S&D game. There were some people who were literally crying over those DM Xmas crates (I will not write their names) as if it were only available for those Non ZP spenders.
Crossfire Stuff removed the KVS but there are still some people who is crying over blocking/insults.I saw many low rank players having ZP weapons but their score was still terrible. It's not like Awm ID will change their skills anyway. They are still noob.
Lastly,It seems like problem is not with the crossfire devs but its with the mentality of some people who thinks that buying few or all VIP guns/characters has given them the right to manipulate this game and it's events. You don't have to blame the game but to your selfishness. Even though they earned that 3 day VIP gun they still sit in front of me to beg for my weapons.

If this game is nothing as compared to those so called "great" games then why are you still playing this game?
IIRC, this game has become much better over these past years. No more hackers,No more Glitching (reduced drastically), improved graphics and less buggy. I saw many old players coming back to this game in this year. I don't know where did you get the info that CF is losing its playerbase when the actual facts are other way around.
I don't like Egy players but I have to admit the fact that handsome amount of egys are spending high amount of cash on this game.
