I do not know whether another who has this problem when his crates are not recognized for the event

Did you spin the DE-Canada crate? The tracker doesnt count in that one.

D.E Canadian crates don't count on the tracker. If you're a player who is unfortunate to have spare GP to spin black market then send a support ticket about it and see if they can help you. If you do have spare GP, spin some other GP crates to make sure it counts towards the event and you don't miss out on the rewards because of a bug in the tracker.

I agree, you should send a ticket, as its not mentioned any where that any particular GP crate will not count, regardless DE candain or not its GP crate and should count and even if it didnt then it can be ammended on the tracker and manulay added your spin, just like Wave mode didnt count sand Storm map untill GM ammended tracker!, after all you did Spin alot of GP on it if its during October event period. I sure they can help with that issue, not an intention to mislead CF players, was bug as crate is new I guess, however thats not a player fault, so I am sure they can sort it out for you or any one else.
