HOW DOES THE HACKING REPORT SYSTEM WORK? How can we help improving it?

Hello Members, Mods and GM's,

Im confused about the Hacking Report System, because there are players which we have reported many times, which didnt get any ban. And players we thought they are banned are unbanned :S
So i wanted to ask who is exactly watching the Save Replays. We are really annoyed of seeing the same Hacker names in every damn Ranked Match. High Rankes making groups with Hackers and spamming leave the Game we have a hacker...

So please GM's answer these questions?

Who is watching the Save Replays?
Does it have any effect if we report more than one time?
If we make additionaly a youtube video of the HACKING is it helping you by watching save replays?
What can we do additionaly to help you ?
If we can prove that high ranks opening hack with their ALT Hacks and making groups in Ranked Mode will they get any punishment too?
Changing IGN's is really a reason why a Hacker doesnt get ban?

One thing which is confusing me also is that we have reported a Hacker who have hacked in Ranked Mode TDM and gained the Platinum Rank,
we have saved the replay and reported him. It seems like he was banned for 4 months. Now his account is unblocked. As you can see in this ScreenShot. I have removed his new IGN

Does it have any effect if we report more than one time?
- No.

- They only accept the replays.

Hackers get unblocked and z8games removing KVS. Something is wrong :S

Removing the KVS is just a testing phase, but i got your point. Yes, we know something is wrong. lol

yeah i could report him for the insults but the result would be just a 7 day ban...

Basically this. I'd like to add that reporting 15 times the same player with the same replay only clogs the system even more than it already is, but reporting several times the same players with different replays of different rooms in which he cheated can help going from suspicious player (sometimes replays can't fully ensure the player is hacking) to obviously cheating players.

Youtube videos of cheaters aren't accepted in the report system (and on the forum) because it is actually possible to edit them to change IGNs and therefore the report team has to use other information in the replay to check everything. Replays aren't just video footage, they're important data.

About the alt question, I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but if someone hacks on an alt and gets reported, he should be getting a hardware ban, so that could also affect his main account.

I'll enquire people about whether the "unblocking" actually happened or not.

P.S. : Keep this thread about the report system : questions,suggestions and constructive criticism ; keep it clean or it gets closed.

I'd say that at least 85% of the players I reported got banned. There is one or two that are still around while they obviously hack (360's, going through walls, etc.) I reported months ago but nothing happened to them, others still have the HSR, but havent logged in since months ago, so I assume they got banned buy kept the HSR. Guess I'll report them once again with the same replays, because you can really see that they hack in them.

Alright, could players who are quite sure about seeing/knowing hackers being "unblocked" please send a ticket to the crossfire support explaining the issue and giving specific accounts (be sure of the IGN and the spelling) so that the team can look into whether something is wrong or not.
