Funny that I was not qualified for the prizes of September Chaos
Here is the original response that I got from GM,
"Hello,
Thank you for contacting Z8Games Support Center.
The distribution for the event has been completed. Based on the logs we received from the database, you were not on the list of players that completed the requirements for this event. If you believe that you are eligible and you do have evidence that supports your claim, please submit it in a new ticket and our support staff will investigate your issue.
We thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

They did not distribute the prizes on Oct 1st which I understood because GMs are off work over the weekend. So I kept waiting and thought it was just a matter of time that I would get the prizes. That's why I didn't screenshot the event page, and now I cannot provide any evidence even though I am 200% sure that I had completed the event. In addition, the GMs took down the event tracker for September Chaos, so there is no I can take a picture of my completed event!!! This event was such a joke!!!

Lol. This is exactly what happend to me. The tracker said I completed every task of the event. After all I didn't receive any prize and send in a ticket and they told me I didn't complete according to the logs.
It seems the current event tracker is not working properly either.

I'm pretty sure OP checked the tracker of the event and the tasks were probably in yellow text, indicating that they are finished :P < where is my emoji1st off did you have exactly 6 or more players and second off did you win 10 escape games (not play win)

So future note...any event with a tracker....once the tracker says you're complete take a screenshot of the tracker showing such so that you have proof to dish out to Support.
But yea...tracker needs work big time. Constantly not working and other issues. -

maybe you didn't played 30 mins for 15 days...I received my rewards 3 days ago, same my friends..so is strange that u didn't get anything if u have completed it -

This is out of question. I checked the event tracker, it showed I completed all tasks. What you mentioned did not even matter in the first place. -

Yeah I learned a lesson, but this lesson is so unnecessary if the tracker worked properly. -
I think that the Database is broken, lmao. I just sent a ticket about my Wave Mode games, which I did 5 with a friend of mine, and it only counted 2. I wonder where the other 3 went.
It happened to me too. I guess the tracker is somehow only counting number of winning instead of number of completing, which is weird. -
Same problem , i completed all events besides the 15 days thing ( Only played for 14 Days)
And i have none of the rewards in my inventory , also i noticed that there arent any players with the ak spider web as i haven't see any ( so far)
And After 6 years please don't tell me i didn't do the event properly or that i missread the tracker info
Its free though , i'm not mad just good old constructive criticism -

I have the fable 30 day spider Ak knife I just don`t use Aks I have a run and gun build and sniper build a Zm build and Assault build and yolo vepr12 build
