Is crossfire worth playing on my 10 days of Marine boot leave?

So. It's been a nice long while since I've played crossfire (about 5 months I think)
I just graduated for MCRD Parris Island, and I have about 8 more days until I have to report to Camp Geiger, NC for further training

When I stopped playing, the AhmedMuhammad's shooting people through walls were out of control and I couldn't play a decent game without getting kicked for speaking English and being able to do headshots.

Is the game worth coming back to?
Has it improved?
is it worse?

I don't think hacking is currently as bad as it has been in the past.
This game will always be fun to play if you've still got a few friends online to talk and mess around with
