That's why i can't post pictures to show you what's going on...but again those accounts aren't mine...
.VIRUS. i think was in lobby when they made those accounts and started to insult me and my family because their main accounts banned....

Nick we know your innocent (those accounts are obviously NOT yours), don't worry. Anyone who thinks otherwise, has their head shoved way up their own backside, that's why they can't see anything but sh**.
Friendly advice: Next time just try avoid getting into arguments (no matter how annoying it gets) and keep those reports coming in (so the Support Team can get busy cleaning up), we should do our bit too, if we see anything unusual regarding this subject or similar.
Edit: Make the most of your temp. Ban, take a vacation from the annoyances of CF. :P -
The GMs have records of what players type in chat via in-game
Wait... If this is true, they're lazy AF. It's not like they ask "so when did John insult you". If they have logs of everything said all they would need is the IGN and time. It would only take 2 mins at most to see who started it and who's actually being insulted verses who provoked the guy just to report it.
I know there's people that purposely "bait" people into insulting back just to get them banned for banter... I know because my mates do it all the time & it actually works.
A screenshot never shows the full conversation and because it always worked, I thought they never really recorded the chat. Turns out they're just lazy.
Now waiting on their staff to say, "you don't know how many reports we go through & you don't know if we check the logs"...
It's just so easy to abuse, kind of ridiculous. -

Exactly ! with a screen shot you can just show them what you want....not who started to insult
