Still confused
My friend got a ban a couple times in a month and got a perm on his last one. He had honorable, rank was high, pro. I'm not really liking these consequences for insults. Back then I'm pretty sure you couldn't get a perm ban for just an insult.Worst thing is, it was a back and forth insults but the reporter took screenshots and sent them lol. #Snakemove #Notcoolbro Also keep in mind that all the bans were from the same person rofl.

my biggest concern is that one day i might find myself reported for 'trash talk/insults' when i'm joking around with a friend but some butthurt Burt who's made at me cause I killed them and they think i'm some hacker decided them be insults and to rebort that since said person probably knows reborting me for hacks isn't going to get anywhere since said person knows they're a butthurt Burt.

but honestly in relation to OPs post....if one person is insulting and another person insults back...shouldn't they both get the punishment to some degree regardless of whomever reports it? If only one of them actually got punishment for such then RIP. -

I think the GMs think that laying out consequences would help (which is common sense and a good try) but really it did not change anything.I was banned for insulting too but only timed ban though. There were some egys insulting me and I insulted them back and some guy who was upset cuz i killed him for like 7 rounds in a row said that he will report me for insulting.
Yeah it's so unfair sometimes. People who trash talk dont offend me. I dont care about a kid who lives miles away typing random stuff. But I guess some people get offended.

The GMs have records of what players type in chat via in-game... whether your in a lobby, whispering in a private chat, or in a match..
but since there is too many ppl its not worth going through the logs unless they have the IGN or are purposely stalking them

I don't think there should be a perm ban for insulting. It's a game, people get frustrated when dying a lot due to laggers and all that, of course they will rage and say bad stuff, a temp ban should be enough, no need to lose an account because of words towards someone behind a screen on the other side of the world.

and it depends i am not 100% sure but if the system goes by Offenses then yes all temp bans count..
but regarding chargebacks thats more of a temp ban until you pay them back.... so its not really any offense and is done manually if im correct -

Chargeback bans happen automatic, at least mine did, because paypal cancelled the payment after the ZP has been bought and used already. -

True but in some cases its manual as in the ban is removed manually
which i doubt is added to your offense history..
ive had a clan mate recharged 4 times in one month because the ZP amounts that were returned were wrong and constantly put him in the negative balance -
To be honest this is a game and insulting happens, that being said it is against the rules and everyone knows it so you do it at your own risk. If you want to avoid the ban then keep it in clan chat or PM's or not at all. Sucks that your friend is banned, but even if it was me getting banned for this I wouldn't really be able to complain.
As for the chargebacks i'm fairly certain as long as you pay them off it doesn't count against you at all. I knew a guy that has had at least 4 chargebacks on his main and he's still able to log in and has his honorable even though he doesn't play anymore. -

If stuff do their work i wont insult but if you see the same and same reported hackers in room be ironic and sarcastic with you for sure you will lose control and insult...well i'm banned for one week...thank you GMs. Second time that a hacker reported me...lol and the most ironic about those hackers is that they take temp ban... Also by this ban i motivated to send email directly to Smilegate about the situation in the game.

I get that getting mad happens but if you run your mouth you run the risk of an infraction or ban even if it is at a blatant hacker. Obviously you should have learned from the first temp ban. If you really want to overturn it maybe send a ticket and explain the situation and attach the video of them cheating and maybe you'll get lucky and the GM reading it will be nice. -

Frankly, no matter who you deal with, staying polite even in the face of a hacker is a given, as you aren't exempt from the rules, no matter how low the person you are talking to is ranked on the tree of morality. -

its not impossible to kill a hacker, most of them just rush and are really bad players.
