Is harassment in foreign languages bannable?

Hello, as the title says is insulting/harassment in other languages a bannable offense?
I was killing every round a general and he got so mad that joined my side and started kick voting me. He failed to kick me, so he started spamming countless well known arabic insults. I would love to teach him a lesson like gifting him a temp ban (although i doubt he will get one, never heard anyone getting temp banned for harassment). Anyways, is there anyone who can confirm my question?

Acording to terms of service yes. Someone mentioned in last few days on forum that someone else got ban for harrasment but hackers don't, not sure for how long it was as it wasn't mentioned nor do I think its our business to know.
I had a simmilar situation where I was insulted in foreign language other day and I wouldn't know what other person said to me if I didn't ask my clan mates to translate. Everything was cool as we spoke on english until I said I'll report some other person for hacking and then tables switched and suddenly person stopped speaking english and said lot of mean things on private. I do have a SS but I was like why to bother [GM]'s.

edit: actually I didn't even say I will report other person I said he hack while they were saying he don't, shame on me for saying someone hack.

Kos** is a bannable insult yes Insults are bannable I believe they follow 3,7,14, perm? Take a screenshot and report the ban length depends on if they're 1,2,3, or 4th time offenders.

lel you do get banned for harassment i got banned for harassing a hacker . just report and hope you get lucky i guess?

Yeah go ahead and send it in. Insulting shouldn't be accepted from anyone.
