CF eSports Team Issues and other complaints.

So will the issue of being unable to leave/remove people from teams be fixed? To my current understanding, the team "captain" cannot remove players, and players cannot leave a team by themselves.
I'm just wondering if this is an intentional feature, or accidental. I can understand not wanting teams breaking apart mid tournament, and joining a new team mid season. Thats understandable. But pre-season before an even starts? Just a little bit ridiculous. If its backend coding issue that'll take some time to fix, thats fine. As long as we can change rosters around for (hopefully) season 2 of the tournaments.


I did look around a bit to make sure there wasn't an official response, just incase someone did make a post. I'm just too lazy to search effectively.


***Also. Mind removing some of the stickied threads? Like, only leave up the most vital of information. CFS quals/registration. CEGL NA/Uk. Basic rules/demeanor. The bottom 5 stickied threads have 0 reason to exist anymore. Nor does the thread about CFS weapon balances as they have expired, and I'm sure the users have already submitted feedback. I know there is no reason to ask other than QoL, but hey. I'm a lazy guy. And an organized one. So, do as you will. Oh and give EGL the old ESG Sub forum. Mainly so they stop clogging the entirety of the competitive forum.

  • You can submit a support ticket to remove players or leave a team. Far from the most optimal system, but at least it's something

    Was not aware of that. Just kind of assumed you were boned. Still, the system needs to better or your driving away more players.
  • Yeah, you should be able to kick players (maybe implement max 1 kick per week or something), leave a team, change your team name, logo, description. Just like ESEA and ESL are.

    Not to mention that they seem not willing to post the rules or Anti-cheat information "Keep an eye on the E-Sports Hub for full rules and details tomorrow" So I don't know whether I have to remove a player and add another one or not (blackbox doesn't load for him)

    Takes at LEAST 1 week for them to accept a team, we haven't been accepted and same goes for many other teams. "2 days to be approved" and from past experience tickets take 1 week to be answered as well so yeah I can't agree more..

    Wow, I registered my team late Thursday night and we got accepted on Friday :eek:
  • We've registered twice. 1st time, took over a week. 2nd time, it's already been over a week again. Kinetic have the same issue.
