CFS Rules Question

Can a player in Puerto play on a NA team? Not sure as its a US territory but not actually a part of the USA. If someone can link me to a rules page or answer thatd be cool.

Well Puerto Rico is part of the licensing agreement so im assuming that you will be able to participate in any tournaments. But why not play CF ES? Especially since you're part of their region. Yeah, if you're able to sign up an account here and there aren't specific rules against it then I see no problem.
