Summer cup?
Hello guys!
As EGL admin UK , some people contacted me and asked me : Why aren't u making 1 more tourney?
SOON it will be holidays, and i was like yeah why not? Or a PUG ?
IF z8games will sponsor EGL than i can make a summer cup where teams can practise onclient.
What do you suggest? 1on1 , 3on3 , 5on5 ? Elimination/Search and destroy ? let me know!
summer cup , PUG or nothing (only competive weekends, weekly nothing) ?
Please let me know because if there will be more.
Because i need to prepare myself for making this stuff!

motivation and more competition
if there was a cash prize im 100 perc sure more teams would be participating, maybe even the really good ones like carbon and such, so it wouldnt be anymore always the same teams who play against each others ..
its starting to get boring to meet every week the same teams in egl.
btw at the moment there only exist such "practice cups" like egl, so i am starting to ask myself what i am actually practicing for ..

i never said it matter he asked if he should get a sponsorship from z8 i just told him it prob wont happen
i still like this summer cup idea tho not gonna lie i would enter just for funThats what i want to say Natnat.
Just for practice.You don't gotta worry, many teams will join you, its a great chance to practise and have a little fun out of the random scrims and pubs on the weekdays.

Cuz why pay for something that wouldn't have an outcome? I already have told the gms if they put effort into competitive I wouldn't mind paying for the Anticheat. Also I can assure you that is not the reason for not being sponsored. -

I agree with this but prizes reach a wider audience and get people more interested to show up. Prizes are always a good bonus but if you don't mind none then this tournament will be perfect for people like me who just want to practice. -
+1 good idea. Honestly about the prizes, i think the only people who still have the motivation to keep playing EGL week in and out is the amount of people who generally play the game everyday, whether with friends or just to have a laugh. So this should be a really good thing on weekdays to practice and play against new teams whether from EU or NA and hopefully encourage new people to try out for teams so that they can get ready for EGL or any other tournys on weekends.

na tacos/Gaara PARENTS r a lot richer than mine but it's kind of shameful for a 21 year old to ask their father for money or an allowance is it not? @dropin20s
If I were even to consider putting money into the competitive scene of CF, I would have to have some indication that we will receive some assistance from the GMs
