How strong is the competitive scene still for CrossFire now?

How's it going everyone
You all probably don't recognize me but I used to hang around these forums a a few years ago. With school and joining the Military, I haven't been caught up with CrossFire in years.

Hows CrossFires competitive scene doing now? Is it stronger than ever?? or has it decreased a lot in the past months and years? You see I was in the era where LPK, vVv LifeLine, [i}nstinct and others existed during wogl but did these teams disband now? Can anyone update me on this? Just curious because I used to be in love with this game and I possibly could get back into it if the competitive scene is strong! Who are the top teams now?

The International CFS prize pool was raised to 700k but as for CFS NA echo 8 is pretty much dead. Z8games promised to deliver an esports site with tournaments which everyone is looking forward to. It's near summer and with these promises if they become reality expect echo 8 to gain it's population for scrims back again. All the higher tier teams such as Carbon (correct me if I'm wrong) and Instinct are playing CSGO until there is proper tournaments to participate.

For the past half year it's been extremely dead (since all the tournaments were over), but right now with an influx of tournaments it's coming back
