Looks like EGL will be following in this wave. We will be using blackbox as well. I think one anti cheat for both leagues will benefit both leagues asymptotically (hope I used that word right lmao)...
Anyways, it was a great suggestion to have NA WGS on Sundays and NA EGL on saturdays. As well as for the UK divisions to be the opposites. This will eliminate server choosing issues as well as ping issues (less to complain about = smoother tournaments).
That is my vote.
Also... LFT for WGS so hmu in game guys if you can't reach me here! Finally I get to play!

Literally, every international event uses armor. If you cannot afford something that costs nothing than you should not be playing competitive. Also, 32 bit should be enforced. 16 bit is not allowed in International competition. Brazil is not allowed to use 16 bit and their GM's can lock people accounts to make sure they are 32 bit only (meaning ours could too.) Also 16bit smoke is pretty obvious compared to 32bit so it would not be hard to enforce. All the 2.0 maps should be in the rotation so people can get use to them competitively seeing as we are ages behind the other game versions on these maps. We need things that will help out our teams in the long run for EVENTS.

Thanks to Andrej for bringing up a suggestion with a great point it's best for people to adapt to the new rules in the international tournaments so they can prepare themselves. I will discuss this with C4 however we would take the 2.0 map beyond consideration if it is confirmed for CFS.

I know that I supported armor previously as it makes sense for those able to compete internationally.. However, I didn't take into account that armor is expensive and doesn't have a return on investment for UK players in particular. Why would we pay to have armor for a cup once a month to practise for international competition that we're not even currently allowed to get involved in? Until Z8games make a change, I doubt many UK players will buy armor. So they're losing more money this way as well...

If it doesnt go through, will there be a possibility to do this month's tourney without armor? I sound cheap as f*** , but I dont see people purchasing armor for this tourney when its once a month
In the future tournaments in the months to come, I'd assume the GM's could provide the codes on a monthly basis just for 24 hours (wishful thinking though) -

One last thing , i know this week is set in stone and all , but is it possible to move it to Sunday's ? When esl was still around , most people liked it because most players could make it more thansaturdays . Idk , it could be a subject for future discussion. But Saturday for my team will be fine for me this first one

To be honest, maybe the best course of action is to propose 50% off armor or something for competitive players, win-win and more realistic for their business. The timings are set out quite nicely for everyone and good job on the tutorial.
I think the 24 hour code idea is fair and I hope the GMs understand enough to deliver it'll help out with the tournament a lot. -

Update on the armor: GMS are not willing to provide it, would you guys like that rule to be taken out until GMS decide to? I'd like everyone's thought on this -

You can also get armour from coupons ranging from 7 to 30 days. And since you can get coupons from GP crates, I thought it be easy getting armour without having to spend any money on this game.
Since the international tournaments support armour, I think it be best to use armour otherwise, how are the top teams going to play against international teams who are always used to using armour. In my opinion, it be best to use international rules since not only will players adopt to those rules but it will be easier for them in the long run. Not just that but the fact that if we come in the top 3 for CFS, our version will get more attention from the developers in terms of the competitive scene.

I totally agree with that and because if armor is allowed people will be able to practice with an ak47. However I am leaving the decision in the communities hand and the decision will be made by tonight. -
okay what about this. Can the uk side not use armour coz i know alot of uk players dont want to use armour and its not like we ever get a chance to qualify CFS so theres no point for uk players using armour and practising with the AK. Na players can still use armour though.
