Attention Mercenaries,

I know things were a little bit slow for the competitive scene lately, and we are sorry for that. We were working on some changes in order to reintroduce the competitive side of CrossFire, and not only to regular competitive players but to all new players who wanted to try their luck.

That being said, we are almost done with a new E-Sports section of CrossFire website. Once the section is launched, we will start registering teams and creating monthly tournaments. The tournaments will vary from professional, semi-professional, beginner, and mode-specific ones. Each tournament will have its own rewards depending on the size of the tournament.

The new E-Sports section will have all official tournaments either created or sponsored by Z8Games.

In order to prepare for this, we would like to ask you to start formalizing your teams. A team will be different than a clan and through this team you will be able to participate in the different tournaments and leagues we will be offering.

So start talking to your mates and get your team together (you do not need to post it here, you will register it on the e-sports section once it's online). Below are the basic rules:

  • Each team will consist of 1 Team Leader, 4 Team Members, 1 Sub
  • You will need to join a team using your Z8Games account
  • Teams are fixed for the entire season and will not be changed, so choose carefully

This will the process of registration on the E-Sports section:

1. You will need to login to your Z8Games account to do any of the following
2. Team leader creates a team by providing (Team name, description, logo)
3. Once a team is created, team leader will receive a unique code for his team
4. Team leader will provide other team members with the code, that will allow them to join the team
5. Teams have to be approved by us first (this will take 24hrs - 48hrs)
6. Once a team is approved, the team leader will be able to register the team of any of the upcoming tournaments listed on the website
7. No-shows will result in banning teams/members from participating in the entire season

Each tournament will have its own structure and rewards, and we hope we will have enough to give everyone a chance to join the fun.
