higher ping every patch

before xmas/thanksgiven i could have 5 coumputer on with 200 ping my mom pays 50$ extra a month after xmas/thanksgiven patch 2 computer=200 ping i have even got my mom to pay an extra 20$ so now we pay 70$ extra a month and it does nothing .........now after matindence its 300+ with one computer on help???? also before xmas/thanksgiven im not sure which patch made me lag alot but before them 80-85 ping with 1 computer now 300+ with 1 computer
