How to revive the game.

Actually cf NA is the cf version that had suffered much player loss
I believe around 50% of players had left game since zm patch in 2011 guess
But lets think positive cf is doing so well in Brazil
Cf br is growing slowly yo but is growing and is becoming. very popular,
Also.cf EU is gaining players slowly
I don't know much about cf Español but believe cf can take over the world
And crossfire is the number 1# F2P that makes more money in the world,
Looks like people that say negative stuff about cf don't care about the money they had spent here,
Or I consider them as haters, and probably z8 can cooperate a little but I mean they don't own the game, I really appreciate people that try to make cf popular like this guy,
And I have a feeling that good times are coming back to cf
I.have faith. -

You have faith that many of us don't. Cf is doing well in other versions, that's fine however we care about our dying version more. If our version closes I don't think it will have any effect on sales or rather anything negatively for other version.s -
The CF community alone can partially revive the game if they really wanted.
but let see? a whole side legits vs a whole side Egyptian hackers, let see who laugh and who RQ?
Saying it is easier but let see it in real game? "a7a komos masry VIP pls. I want VIP". LMFAO!!!!!!!
Let just do something more productive than just saying it on here on my points. A few of my freinds made a group to do around, save replays and report like 50 hacks a day and hopefully to wipe out most of them before they come back with another a7a account. -
Umm first of all fg hammertime did not bring any challenge to the asian competitive scene. They got smacked hard in the best of 3 they played. I think you mean carbon* who is still the only team from cf Na to beat a top Chinese and lose by one map in a best of 3 to the other top team in china. Other then that the way to get the game to come back alive is to find a way to include public players into cf
Competitive play. Which means we have to allow most weapons and spop / characters. These pub stars would bring teams in even if they lose and they would pay entree fees too think about it. They pay like 120k zp for VIP weapons. Idk just food for thought. I feel like that's why china has the biggest competitive scene idk though -

I plan on doing my best to create some solutions to improving the game. Your group seems like a good idea to help slow down the spread of hackers in the game and could definitely make a difference.mmDoubleKiwL wrote: »Can't revive something that's not dead.

I think that is one possible solution to creating a larger population for competitive play but i'd much rather keep the rules the same and try and influence more pub clans to create competitive rosters within their clan. Just 10 clans adding this would potentially add 80 people to the competitive scene. -
Idk what to say but to the GhostMode competitive scene, it's completely dead due to the macrobhop and other kinds of cheating. Most GMers retired of this game already. For SnD and the game currently, we can't do anything about unless there is no more Admeh or Mohamed with 140+ ping in game. Tbh, this is CrossFire North America, not CrossFire Egypt Hacking "EVERYWHERE".
My points are:
1) stop all the 130+ ping people in game because "it's CF NA"
2) xtrap has never done a their job before. (Xtrap got K.O. in 30 seconds vs Egypt's hack software)
3) competitive starts with fairness, if you can't follow the rules, you're just the same as cheaters like Egyptians with their "hack".
I'm currently playing both GM and SnD and I see it's all the same for the competitive sides. (dead/retired)
GM is 100% dead right now cause school and Andrews tourney was last. We might hold a winter one during winter break -
Nah having pub clans change their rules aka the way they have been playing the game since it came out is highly unlikely. This is part of the reason most of these teams don't compete, to pub stars (any pub stars here can correct me if I'm wrong) the fun in playing is getting to use the new weapons they purchase. Normal gun sets would seem a little dull to me too. I know were not cf china but let's use them as an example: the Chinese league uses VIP guns, different colored smokes, armor, characters, and GAME TYPES (Tdm and elimination). This makes watching the game more entertaining in my opinion which appeals to the higher majority of players. Let's be honest the competitive scene is extremely small compared to the casual scene if that makes sense

I agree of what Andrej said most versions of cf in asian do this thats why their competitive scene is still alive either you competitive players allow pubstars to play whatever the hell they want which some competitive players wont like or wait for a miracle. If lets say you guys let the pubstars play competitively which i believe would attract new players or perhaps old competitive players back?,thats my 2 cents.

I'm trying to save up and host a 3v3 GM tourney during either this winter or 2015 spring for all NA players.
Not sure if I will able to have enough money but just for first place only like each player with 11k ZP.
I will see what I can do.
P/S: not sure 100% but I will see what I can do for now with my budget. -

u dont know how it works
Its pretty easy to understand.
My idea is that Open will be available to anyone that wants to play. The rules however will be opened for players to use just about any weapon they would like (there may need to be limitations though). Prizes would be ZP. The league can really help bring pub players to start looking to become competitive.
Pro would follow the International rule-set and have a cap of say 16 teams or so. Prizes would be Cash and trips depending on the event.
After a season, the top teams from Open would play against the lower seeded Pro teams. This would give more teams an opportunity for bigger prizes and keep it entertaining.
This is just a rough explanation. -
that lan brought some old players back to the game. He actually helped cf NA.
Yeah, even though the LAN was a failure itself, it brought 15-20 people back to cf just to prep for it and what not.
When I ran Presidential Cups, I'd get tons of pub clans to play in them because I allowed all weapon variants. -

Ya the LAN itself sucked ass but we got the job done. -
