Changing my security question and answer

Z8 staff keeps asking me to refer back to the old ticket every time i ask to change my security question and answer, but they already closed the old ticket and erased it, so what do i do now???

I just wanna change my security question and answer to something easier to remember, since the last security question and answer i already forgot about them, and the staff kindly changed my old email to my new email as i originally requested. Now i just change my security question and answer again to secure my account better, that's all.

Just keep it very simple and talk in one or two sentences otherwise support gets very confused.

when i asked them to change my SQ and SA they asked me to give them " First Yahoo + First PW " on my E-Mail , maybe you lost that Information

Yes, you can.

OT: that is kinda weird... Whenever I try to ask them to change my SQ and SA it works without any issue... Try to explain yourself a lil bit better?
