Downloading NA/UK from Italy?

Hello,
Excuse my ignorance, but i'm out of this game from July 2013 and if there had been relevant changes i'm not informed on them...

I've registered this account back in 2009, and now, after i was prevented from playing by an infamous error from July 2013, i'm going to change my personal computer and i will be again able to play this game normally.

Now, i play this game from northern Italy. Which version of Crossfire should i download to keep playing with my account? I mean, if i download the Crossfire NA/UK version, will i be able to play keeping this account?

If you have a account from 2009 / 2010 / 2011 / 2012 you can still play CF NA/UK like me.
All others play now CF Europe because they blocked from CF NA/UK.

Iam not sure, i think it was august 2012, since this month / year the Europe region is blocked from CF NA/UK.

So there won't be any issue if i download CF NA/UK and try to run it?

Excuse me if i'm being paranoid but after i had an error that couldn't be solved in any way i'm a little skeptikal about how this game works
