Sleep Paralysis

Recently.This is happening to me A lot,believe me you don't wanna try it ):
It's like when a nightmare comes true and you can't even move,you became frozen while seeing hallucinations in your room and you feel like someone is preventing you from moving.

It happened again last night and it was the worst time i had this kind of hallucinations,i saw a woman on the wall holds a sword on fire moving towards me and she was laughing loudly.I saw everything,i felt every thing and i couldn't even move nor screaming

tried to scream but i couldn't like there was someone holding my tongue

when i told my dad,brother&my friends all of them said "relax,it was a bad nightmare" and i was about to believe it might be the worst nightmare i have ever had.
but guess what,IT WASN'T

after reading what is written in this site above,i believed it wasn't a nightmare it's the scariest fact you may experience

If anyone had this kind of hallucinations be4,share you story,ofc it's not more scarier than mine

I never even get nightmares. I always kick butt in my dreams, and when i do rarely have a lucid dream...I...um...with...someone...

I only have bad dreams and nightmares...actually no. the last nightmare I had was a long time ago.

Most I've done in dreams lately is as follows.

Was in the middle of a clearing with my two sisters, had to clear the forest that was full of wolves using only farming implements. I get about doing it, but as I'm driving these barely invisible wolves away, my sisters stop me, saying that they're too cute. Turns out that these "wolves" are just frightened children. I'm still suspicious of them but then we get attacked by this fat man who shoots me in the gut with a glock (I don't know why it was a glock...oh well). But SURPRISE! Gun jammed, I grabbed it out of his hands and shot him back.

Then I woke up.

So that's my dream. What's yours?

When the hallucinations mixed with paralysis at night...it's so ):
I had this experience several times and all the times there is a woman in my room.

For those who didn't experienced this YET.Can you imagine if there's an evil in your room staring at you when you're sleeping or walking towards you with something in his hand and you can see everything but your eyes are not fully open.You see there's someone in your room coming towards you or staring at you when you're sleeping and you're trying to open your eyes but you can't,and you keep winking,and you can't move,can't scream,can't shout for help and the worst part is IT'S NOT A DREAM NOR NIGHTMARE AND YOU FEEL EVERYTHING.
This is like a devil torturing you when you're sleeping.
