Event err?

For the Player Appreciation Week event, on the may 31 session for the wave mode, I am very positive that I have played more than an hour, but until today June 2nd, i havnt receive the reward from May 31st yet. And the tracking program on the website was not working, does that mean I have failed to participate in this event for May 31st and I wont receive the weekend reward? Please help Z8, it would be sucks if there is a mistake and I wont beable to receive the rewards.
