Press tab + shift = D/c?

... I have a habit pressing tab to check who is alive while playing so I can make judgement
sometimes I press tab and shift at the same time to walk and check and get d/c
please fix this, so stupid to get an error

What programs are running in the background?

Alt-tabbing is a known issue under certain conditions.
If you're running some program in the background that respond to the shift-tab shortcut, it could very well cause a client error.

Can you elaborate further by noting which specific error you get when you shift+tab?
A screenshot would be fine as well.

I just went ingame and tried it. I'll even put up the replay to show you.
Everytime I was walking, I also had the scoreboard (Tab) up. When I made my kill, I briefly stop pressing Tab but continued to hold Shift.

... I use ventrilo, or raidcall, and sometimes chrome tabs

ugh I dont remember, I think it is either:
"send error?" or "you are running a 3rd party" ...
it just happens at those times when I don't pay attention (
